TECHNICAL DATA The casing and impeller(s) of the blower are made of cast aluminium. WARRANTY There is 1 year warranty on the blower after its shipment. Hanghatás FIGYELEM A fúvó által kibocsátott zaj nem azonos a teljes teljesítménytartományon. Prohibited applications WARNING The side channel blower can only be used for transporting clean air between -20 C to +40 C. The blower cannot be used in explosive areas and cannot be reconstructed! Sound WARNING The sound of the blower is not the same over the whole performance range. The blower is equipped with a silencer, but in certain cases the use of an additional silencer might be needed. We advise the user to check the sound level of the blower on the technical data sheet. INSTALLATION Transportation Make sure that the blower is undamaged after its shipment. The blower should be weather protected in case of outdoor use. In case you use a lifting device, make sure its capacity is sufficient. Maximális környezeti h mérséklet 40 C. A fúvó túlhevülését elkerülend minimum 5 cm-es távolságot kell tartani a fúvótól minden irányban..elektromos bekötés Kérjük, olvassa el a BIZTONSÁG fejezet Elektromos csatlakozás részét. Forgásirány ellen rzése Indítsa el a fúvót egy pillanatra. A járókerék forgásirányának egyeznie kell a motoron lév nyíl irányával, illet leg a leveg áramlásának egyeznie kell a hangtompítón lév nyilak által jelzett iránnyal. Ha nem egyeznek az irányok, akkor ellen rizze a huzalozási rajzot. Nem megfelel forgásirány esetén problémák merülnek el, pl. a fúvó kapacitása és az elérhet nyomás csökken. ÜZEMVITEL Ha a fúvó áramfelvétele üzem közben meghaladja az el írt értéket, ellen rizze a hálózat frekvenciáját, és feszültségét hasonlítsa össze a motortáblán található értékekkel. Maximum 5% eltérés lehet a feszültségben illet leg 2% eltérés lehet a frekvenciában. Kérjük, ellen rizze (adatlap vagy motortábla), hogy az adott fúvó milyen túlnyomásig illetve vákuumig tud dolgozni, mivel ez a motorteljesítményt l függ! Túl nagy rendszerellenállás esetén a motort túlterhelhetjük, ilyenkor az áramfelvétel túl magas lesz. Amennyiben nem tudjuk kizárni a túl nagy rendszerellenállást, biztonsági (nyomáshatároló) szelepet kell beépíteni a nyomó- vagy a szívócsonkra a fúvó üzemét l függ en. A fúvó nem lenghet / vibrálhat üzem közben. Fontos az Installation, assembly The blower has to be installed horizontally or vertically weather protected either on the solid, even ground or on the wall. It has to be secured tightly. The connecting pipes cannot put a load on the blower. The blower cannot vibrate during its operation, therefore the use of a sound and vibration insulating layer (rubber base) and/or flexible piping or compensator is needed. Open suction and discharge ports are to be protected (filter or guard). Maximum ambient temperature is +40 C. To avoid overheating a minimum distance of 5 cm-s must be kept in all directions from the blower. Electrical connection Please read the Electrical connection part of the SAFETY chapter. Controlling the direction of rotation After the installation turn on the blower for a short moment. The rotation of the impeller and the air circulation must be in accordance with the arrows on the motor and the silencer. If not, please check the wiring diagram. Improper rotation direction will result in many problems, such as insufficient capacity and pressures. OPERATION If the rated current consumption is exceeded during operation, the frequency and voltage of the power supply should be checked and compared with the data on the motor plate. A maximum variance of 5% in the voltage and 2% in the frequency is permitted. Please check (data sheet or motor plate) the pressure or vacuum capability of the blower, because this depends on the motor performance! The motor will be overloaded in case of excessive system resistance. In this case the rated current consumption will become too high. If we cannot exclude the possibility of excessive system resistance, the use of a safety (pressure or vacuum relief) valve is needed either on the suction or the discharge side depending on the duty of the blower. KARBANTARTÁS Az oldalcsatornás fúvók fém a fémen érintkezés nélkül üzemelnek, és ezért alapvet en nem igényelnek karbantartást. Id nként javasolt a hangtompítókat kifújni s rített leveg vel, továbbá a fúvó felületét tisztán tartani, hogy a h leadás megfelel legyen. A kopó/elhasználódó alkatrészeket (sz r, csapágy, tömítés és hasonló alkatrészek) bizonyos id közönként cserélni kell. Ez az id tartam a használat körülményeit l, a rendszerellenállástól, a h mérséklett l, a szállított közeg szennyezettségét l stb. függ. A mélyhornyú golyóscsapágy minimum 12.000 m ködési órát bír csere nélkül rendeltetésszer használat esetén. Az oldalcsatornás fúvó megfelel a vonatkozó nemzetközi el írásoknak és rendelkezik CE jelzéssel. Kérdések felmerülése esetén vegye fel a kapcsolatot a fúvó forgalmazójával: MAINTENANCE Side channel blowers operate without metal-tometal contact and thus they virtually need no maintenance. The silencers and the surface of the blower are to be cleaned (with compressed air etc.) periodically to make sure air flow and heat dissipation are best. Wearing parts (filters, bearings, gaskets etc.) need to be replaced at certain intervals. This greatly depends upon the conditions of operation such as temperature, system resistance, pollution of the transported air etc. The minimum service life of the enclosed deep groove ball bearings is 12.000 working hours in case of proper use. The side channel blower is in accordance with the related European requirements and standards and has a CE mark.
