A Budapesti Értéktızsde Zártkörően Mőködı Részvénytársaság Igazgatósága (a továbbiakban: Igazgatóság) - figyelemmel a Budapesti Értéktızsde Részvénytársaság Rendelkezése az Érdekképviselet rendjérıl elnevezéső rendelkezés (a továbbiakban: Rendelkezés) vonatkozó szabályaira és az idıközben beérkezett szavazatokra - a Budapesti Értéktızsde Zrt. (a továbbiakban: Tızsde) mőködése során a tızsdei kereskedık és a kibocsátók érdekképviseletének ellátására (a Kibocsátói Bizottság tagjaiként, a Kereskedési Bizottság elnökeként és tagjaiként), valamint az Elszámolási Bizottság elnökeként és tagjaiként az alábbiakban megjelölt személyeket választja és jelöli ki: I. Az Igazgatóság a Kibocsátói Bizottság tagjainak a Rendelkezés 2.2. és 2.2.6. pontjában meghatározott számát 7 fıre módosítja. Fentieken túlmenıen az Igazgatóság a Rendelkezés 2.2.2. pontjában szereplı, a Kibocsátói Bizottság Kibocsátók által jelölhetı, és az Igazgatóság által megválasztható tagjainak számát 5 fıre módosítja. Az Igazgatóság a Szekciótagok és a Kibocsátók szavazatai alapján az alábbi személyeket választja meg a Kibocsátói Bizottság tagjainak: 1. (hereinafter: Board) - taking into consideration the contents of the Provisions of the Budapest Stock Exchange Ltd. Regarding Advocacy Procedures (hereinafter: the Provisions) and of the votes received in the meantime - in the course of the operations of the Budapest Stock Exchange Ltd. (hereinafter: Exchange), elects and appoints the persons performing the representation of interests for traders, issuers (the members of the Committee of Issuers, the Chairman and the members of the Trading Committee), and the Chairman and members of the Settlement Committee, as set forth below. I. The Board amends the number of the members of the Committee of Issuers included in Section 2.2 and 2.2.6. of the Provisions to 7 members. In addition to the above, the Board amends the number of the members of the Committee of Issuers to be nominated by the Issuers and to be elected by the Board included in Section 2.2.2 of the Provisions to 5 members. On the basis of the votes received from the Section Members and the Issuers, the Board selects the following persons as members of the Committee of Issuers: 1. II. Az Igazgatóság a Kereskedési Bizottság tagjainak a Rendelkezés 3.2. pontjában meghatározott számát 8-11 fıre, az Igazgatóság által kijelölhetı tagok számát pedig 7-10 fıre módosítja. Az Igazgatóság a Rendelkezés 3.2.2. pontjának helyébe az alábbiakat lépteti: 3.2.2. A tagjelöltek a kapott jelölések számának megfelelıen - a jelölést adó Szekciótag által a jelölés napját megelızı egy évben befizetett tranzakciós díjak mértékével súlyozott értéket figyelembe véve - sorba állításra kerülnek. Az így elkészült tagjelölti lista elsı 20 (Húsz) fıje közül választja ki az Igazgatóság a Kereskedési Bizottság elnökét és további 4-7 (Négy-hét) tagot. A Kereskedési Bizottság további 2 (Kettı) tagját az Igazgatóság az Áru Szekciótagok jelöltjei közül választja ki, tekintet nélkül arra, hogy ezen tagjelöltek a fentiek szerint felállított 20 (Húsz) fıs listára The Board requests that the members of the Committee of Issuers appointed above elect the Chairman of the Committee from among themselves, on the basis of point 2.2.6 of the Regulation. II. The Board amends the number of the members of the Trading Committee included in Section 3.2 of the Provisions to 8 to 11 members and amends the number of members to be elected by the Board to 7-10 members. The Board resolves that Section 3.2.2. of the Provisions shall be replaced by the following: 3.2.2. Candidates for membership are ranked according to the number of nominations, which are weighted with the amount paid in transaction fees by the nominating Section Member in the course of the year preceding the date of nomination. The Board selects the Chair and 4-7 (four to seven) members of the Trading Committee from among the candidates ranked among the first 20 (twenty) on that list. Further 2 (two) members of the Trading Committee shall be selected by the Board from among the candidates nominated by the Commodities Section members irrespective of the fact that 2

Szalay Rita a Kibocsátói és Tagi Igazgatóság igazgatóhelyettese, a Kereskedési Bizottság és az Elszámolási Bizottság munkájában pedig Tóth Attila, az Üzletpolitikai és Kommunikációs Igazgatóság igazgatója vesz részt. Az Igazgatóság felkéri és felhatalmazza a Vezérigazgatót, hogy a Bizottságok fent leírtaknak megfelelı megalakítása okán szükséges, a bizottsági tagokra és a Tızsde kijelölt közremőködı munkavállalóira vonatkozó információkat tegye közzé, valamint, hogy a Budapesti Értéktızsde Részvénytársaság Rendelkezése az Érdekképviselet rendjérıl elnevezéső rendelkezés jelen határozatba foglalt módosításának hatálybalépésérıl a vonatkozó Tızsdei Szabályokban foglaltak szerint rendelkezzen.
