Köszöntő Welcome Willkommen A Market Építő Zrt. megalakulásakor, 1996 januárjában azt a célt tűzte ki maga elé, hogy a professzionalizmust, az elhivatottság magabiztosságát és a tapasztalat erejét ötvözve olyan értékes és az ügyfelek által megbecsült építőipari vállalattá váljon, amely nem csupán teljesít, nem csupán épít, hanem nyugalmat, pontosságot és biztonságot jelent megrendelői számára. Életünk során a professzionális, emberközpontú és együttműködő hozzáállásunk meghozta gyümölcsét: 2002-ben, majd 2007-ben Budapest Építészeti Nívódíjat nyertünk el, 2004- ben, 2008-ban, 2009-ben és 2010-ben Építőipari Nívódíjat vehettünk át. Az elmúlt tizenöt év során mintegy 550 létesítmény megvalósítója voltunk, közel 350 Mrd Ft értékben. A legutóbbi nagy változás a WING Zrt. tulajdonosi szerepvállalása volt cégünk életében, ami addig is erős hátterünket még tovább erősítette. Legfőbb értékünk az ember! In the course of our existence, our professional, client-centered and cooperative attitude has born its fruits: in 2002 and then in 2007 our company received the Budapest Építészeti Nívódíj (Budapest Architectural Award), while in 2004, 2008, 2009 and 2010 we were honored by the Építőipari Nívódíj (Construction Industry Award). During the past fifteen years we have created 550 buildings with the total value of nearly HUF 350 billion. The latest big change in the life of our company was WING Zrt s taking an ownership share which added further strength to our already powerful background. Our chief value is humanity! We are proud of our colleagues who, keeping their eye on the expected quality and fully conscious of their responsibility, go about realizing our clients dreams in a genuinely creative way. To prove our point, in 2007 we won the Év Munkahelye (Workplace of the Year) title in Hungary, in the category of large companies. In addition to a dynamic, well-directed and continuous development we always thought it important to preserve the level of our technical performance, to take our share of responsibility in protecting the environment and to strictly adhere to the labor safety rules. Ipari és Logisztikai létesítmények, Industrial and logistics facilities Gewerbe-, Logistikgebäude A Market fennállása óta, több százezer négyzetméter logisztikai és ipari ingatlan kivitelezését végezte. Szakmai hozzáértésünknek és alkalmazkodó képességünknek köszönhetően a spekulatív és bérlő specifikus raktárépítés piacán ezen idő alatt piacvezető kivitelezővé váltunk. Ennek ékes bizonyítéka, hogy ügyfeleink között tudhatjuk a legnagyobb hazai és nemzetközi ingatlanfejlesztő és szállítmányozó vállalatokat. Különösen büszkék vagyunk arra, hogy többek között Közép-Európa legnagyobb ingatlan beruházásán, a dunaújvárosi Hankook Gumiabroncs Gyár 84.500 m 2 összterületű gyárépületén is mi dolgozhattunk. A nívódíjas BILK Logisztikai Központon állandó partnerünkkel, a Waberer s Csoporttal közösen dolgoztunk. Az összesen 130.000 m 2 -t kitevő épületek komplett kivitelezése a mi felelősségünk volt Megbízásaink között mindenképpen külön említést érdemel a Wing Zrt. fejlesztésében épülő fóti East Gate Business Park, valamint a Megyeri-híd lábánál elterülő 93.000 m 2 összterületű Európacenter Logisztikai Park is. Csapatunk megrendelői között tudhatja a ProLogist, a Goodmant, az Ablont, hogy csak a legnagyobb nemzetközi fejlesztőket említsük a teljesség igénye nélkül. Az általunk épített csarnokok bérlői között olyan nevekkel találkozhatunk, mint például a Philip Morris, a Hoppi, a Ringier, a TNT, a General Elelctric, a Phoenix Pharma, Európacenter Logisztikai Park is, illetve a 40.000 m2 összterületű üllői Goodman raktárak és 38.000 m 2 összterületű százhalombattai Prologis raktárak, csak hogy néhányat említsünk. Építeni: élmény. In the course of its existence Market has built several hundred thousand square meters of logistics and industrial real estates. Thanks to our professional expertise and flexibility we became a market leader in the speculative and built to suit warehouse construction segment. An eloquent proof of this is our clients among whom are the biggest domestic and international real estate developers and freight forwarding companies. We are especially proud of that among other things, we constructed the plant building of Central Europe s biggest real estate in a total area of 84,500 m 2, the Hankook Tire Factory in Dunaújváros. We have been working on the BILK Logistics Center awarded for excellence with our regular partner, the Waberer s Group. We were responsible for the construction of 90% of the 130,000 m2 floor area. Looking at our assignments, definitely a special mention has to be made of the construction of East Gate Business Park in Fót, developed by Wing Zrt. and Európacenter Logistics Park located in a total area of 93.000 m2 at the pier of Megyeri bridge. Just to mention some of the biggest international developers, our team has such clients as ProLogis, Goodman, Ablon, and so on. Some tenants of the halls we have built are, for instance, Philip Morris, Hoppi, Ringier, TNT, General Electric, Phoenix Pharma, just to mention a few of them. Market führte die mit Niveaupreis ausgezeichnete Logistikzentrale BILK zusammen mit ihrem ständigen Partner, der Gruppe Waberer s, aus, und sie trug Verantwortung zu 90 Prozent für die Ausführung der 130.000 m2 großen Grundfläche. East Gate Business Park in Fót, ein durch Wing Zrt. entwickeltes Bauvorhaben sowie Europacenter Logistikpark von 93.000 m2 am Fuße der Megyeri-Brücke sind als besonders wichtige Aufträge hervorzuheben. Unter den Auftraggebern unserer Mannschaft sind ProLogis, Goodman, Ablon, um nur die größten internationalen Projektentwickler ohne Anspruch auf die Vollständigkeit zu nennen. Irodaházak Office Buildings Bürogebäude Kezdetben egyszerűbb, kisebb irodaházak születtek a Market kivitelezésében, mára azonban több A kategóriás irodakomplexum kivitelezését szolgálhattuk tudásunkkal. Olyan neves hazai és nemzetközi ingatlanfejlesztők irodaberuházásainak megvalósítói voltunk és vagyunk, mint a WING Zrt., az AIG Lincoln, a GTC, az Immorent. 2008-ban került átadásra a 60.000 m 2 összterületű impozáns Átrium Park Irodaház, valamint a szintén 60.000 m 2 alapterületű Haller Kert Irodaház. Egyik büszkeségünk a Millenáris Parkban a Millenáris Irodaházak II. és III. ütemének kivitelezése, ahol 2007-ben került átadásra az I. ütem, a Millenáris Classic, 2009-ben pedig a Millenáris Avantgarde és Millenáris Modern. 2010 júniusában készült el a 25.000 m 2 alapterületű GTC Metro Irodaház a Váci úton, melyet teljes egészében bérbevett a Budapest Bank. Szintén 2010 júniusában került átadásra a 33.000 m 2 alapterületű K3 Irodaház, melynek sikerét jelzi, hogy az egész épületet megvásárolta az Allianz még az év első negyedévében, így új Székházuk teljes mértékben az igények szerint került megvalósításra. Although at the beginning Market built simpler and smaller office buildings, by now we could devote our skills to the construction of several A category office complexes. We have been the builder of the office projects of such domestic and international real estate developers as WING Zrt., AIG Lincoln, GTC, Immorent. The impressive Atrium Park Office Building was handed over in a total area of 60,000 m 2 in 2008, as well as the Haller Gardens Office Building of the same floor size. One of the projects we are proud of is the construction of phases 2 and 3 of the Millenáris Office Buildings in Millenáris (Millenary) Park, where the 1st phase of the project, the Millenáris Classic building, was handed over in 2007, while Millenáris Avantgarde and Millenáris Modern were in 2009. GTC Metro Office Building in Váci út was completed in June, 2010 with a floor area of 25,000 m 2, it is fully rented by Budapest Bank. The K3 Office Building including a floor area of 33,000 m 2 was also handed over in June, 2010 and the success of the building was proven by the fact that Alliance bought the whole building as early as in the first quarter of this year, so their new Headquarters was completely custom-built up to their requirements. Am Anfang baute Market einfachere, kleinere Bürohäuser, heute führt sie aber dank ihren gewerblichen Erfahrungen mehr Bürogebäudekomplexe der Kategorie A für renommierte ungarische und internationale Büroprojektentwickler wie WING ZRt., AIG Lincoln, GTC, Immorent aus. 2008 wurden das imposante Atrium Park Bürohaus mit einer Gesamtgrundfläche von 60.000 m 2 und das Haller Garten Bürohaus mit gleichfalls 60.000 m 2 übergeben. Auf die Bauausführungsphasen II und III der Millenaris Bürohäuser im Millenaris Park ist Market besonders stolz. Hier wurde 2007 die Phase I Millenaris Classic, 2009 Millenaris Avantgarde und Millenaris Modern realisiert. Im Juni 2010 wurde das GTC Metro Bürohaus mit einer Grundfläche von 25.000 m 2 in der Váci út fertiggestellt, das gesamte Gebäude wird durch die Budapest Bank gemietet. Noch im Juni 2010 wurde auch das Bürohaus K3 von 33.000 m 2 übergeben, wo als großer Erfolg zu verzeichnen ist, dass das gesamte Gebäude noch im ersten Quartal 2010 durch Allianz gekauft wurde. Kereskedelmi létesítmények Commercial Facilities Handelsgebäude Funkciójukat tekintve ebbe a csoportba tartoznak a legkülönfélébb ingatlanok a gyorséttermektől, benzinkutaktól a bevásárló központokig, luxus üzlethelyiségekig. Működésünk kezdetén benzinkutak, gyorséttermek kivitelezésével kezdtük, fokozatosan bővítettük profilunkat, mertünk belevágni nagyobb volumenű beruházások kivitelezésébe. Napjainkra elértük azt a színvonalat, hogy referenciáink között tudhatunk jó néhány bevásárlóközpontot és olyan luxus üzleteket mint a Luis Vuitton és a Zegna az Andrássy úton. Palettánkon a mai napig szerepelnek McDonald s gyorséttermek, természetesen a mai modern designhoz igazodva. A legnagyobb volumenű kereskedelmi létesítmény, ami a kivitelezésünkben épült, a 2000-ben átadott Eurocenter-Óbuda Bevásárló- és Szórakoztatóközpont 52.000 m 2 -en és a 2008-ban átadott egri Agria Park Bevásárló- és Szórakoztató Központ, ahol a régi Dohánygyár egyes részeinek megtartásával 30.000 m 2 -en kaptak helyet üzlethelyiségek, kávézók, éttermek és mozi. Fontos, állandó partnerünk a Tesco Globál Áruházak Zrt., akinek eddig 18 vidéki és fővárosi áruházat építettünk. Az áruházláncokat említve nem szabad megfeledkeznünk a Spar, a Baumax és OBI láncokról sem, akik bízva szakértelmünkben számos vidéki és fővárosi egység kivitelezését bízták ránk. The commercial facility of largest volume built by Market is Eurocenter-Óbuda Shopping and Entertainment Center in an area of 52,000 m 2 handed over in 2000 and the Agria Park Shopping and Entertainment Center in Eger, where some parts of the old Tobacco Factory were retained on a site of 30,000 m 2 with shops, coffe shops, restaurants and movie. Our key and regular partner is Tesco Globál Áruházak Zrt., we built 18 stores for them in the country and in Budapest. Mentioning the chain stores we have to include Spar, Baumax and OBI chains who have been trusting our expertise and gave us assignments to build numerous stores for them in the country and in the capital. Nach ihrer Funktionalität gehören in diese Gruppe sehr unterschiedliche Bauwerke, beginnend von Fastfood-Restaurants über Tankstellen bis hin den Einkaufszentren, Luxusgeschäftslokalen hinein. Am Anfang baute die Baufirma Market Tankstellen, Fastfood-Anlagen, dann erweiterte sie nach und nach ihr Profil, sie wagte immer größer angelegte Bauvorhaben auszuführen. Heute kann die Firma nicht wenige Einkaufszentren und Luxusgeschäftslokale, wie Luis Vuitton und Zegna auf der Andrássy Allee, unter ihren erfolgreich ausgeführten Bauprojekten nennen. Markets Palette umfaßt freilich auch heute McDonald s Schnellimbisse in Anpassung an das aktuelle moderne Design. Die von Market ausgeführten größten Bauprojekte in der Kategorie Handelsgebäude sind das Eurocenter Óbuda Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungszentrum auf 52.000 m 2 in Obuda, das im Jahr 2000 und das Agria Park Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungszentrum in Eger, das im Jahr 2008 übergeben wurde, und in dem einzelne ursprüngliche Gebäudeteile der alten Tabakfabrik in Shops, Kaffees, Restaurants und Kino auf einer Fläche von 30.000 m 2 umgebaut wurden. Ein ständiger und wichtiger Auftraggeber für Market ist die Fa. Tesco Globál Áruházak Zrt., für die sie bis heute 18 Häuser in der Provinz und in der Hauptstadt baute. Büszkék vagyunk a Corvinus Egyetem 2007-ben átadott új épületére, melynek kivitelezésért 2008-ban építőipari nívódíjat vehettünk át. A pesti rakpart látványát emelő impozáns épület kivitelezése során a leginnovatívabb megoldásokat használtuk. Reméljük, hogy lesz lehetőségünk további épületek megvalósításával emelni a magyar közoktatás színvonalát.
