Az értékelés objektivitása Panel Members act as generalists In addition to the Panel Members, the ERC evaluations rely on input from remote experts external to the panel, called referees. They are scientists and scholars who bring in the necessary specialised expertise. Consensusforming: szubjektív vélemények ütköztetése, szintézise során alakul ki első körben: legalább 4 paneltagé (FP7 ez a végső!) második körben: legalább 2 külső expert-é és 4 szakmailag érintett paneltagé (+ interdiszciplináris segítséggel, ha kell!) Nem biztos, hogy a szakterület legjobb ismerője mond (első körben) véleményt a pályázatról, viszont azok a vélemények lesznek meghatározóak a második körbe jutáshoz (ERC) ill. a nyeréshez (FP7)! A pályázatot tehát szakmailag kompetens, de nem specialista olvasóknak írjuk, akik számára világossá kell tenni a pályázatban rejlő újdonságot, eredeti megoldásokat, értékeket már a címben és az abstract-ben!

A 2. fordulóba jutó, szakmailag kiváló pályázatok támogatása hazai forrásból ma is számos országban gyakorlat: Ausztria, Hollandia, Norvégia, Olaszország, stb. Két évig az NKTH is finanszírozta az ilyen pályázatokat a megpályázott ERC grant felének értékéig, ami azonban még mindig 100MFt-os nagyságrendű támogatás volt! A nyertesnek értékelt, de a budget kimerülése miatt nem finanszírozható ERC pályázót tudtommal 2013-ban az MTA elnöke külön keretből kárpótolta. ERC pályázat benyújtása tavaly a Lendület pályázat benyújtásának előfeltétele volt, idén a futamidő alatt kell ERC pályázatot beadnia a nyertesnek.

K+F pályázati támogatás-eloszlás az FP 7 programokban avagy a pénz oda megy, ahol már van

Az FP7 támogatások megoszlása a tagállamok közt - avagy erősen lejt a pálya 1257 szerződéssel 224 M támogatást kapott Magyarország. Sikerességi arány: 20,39% Pénzben mérve: 14,76%!!! EU átlag sikeresség: 21,77% Pénzben mérve: 19,4 % Magyar sikeresség az FP7-ben: támogatott projektek száma szerint ICT, a KBBE és a Health; elnyert támogatásokat véve az ICT, Health és NMP program a sorrend. ERC igen nagy siker.

Kutatók létszáma (FTE) országonként és a szektoriális megoszlás az állami (sárga) és egyetemi (kék) kutatóhelyek között (országonként igen eltérő!)
