MGO 259 összeépítô (üvegezô) prés MGO 259 Assembling (Glazing) Press 12 Az MGO 259 típusú üvegbeépítõ prés, a PVC nyílászárók gyártásához szükséges berendezés. A készre szerelt mûanyag nyílászárók beüvegezéséhez elengedhetetlen, a pontos derékszögû keretmegfogás. A présre felhelyezett darabot, a mozgó kar segítségével, a fix oldalhoz ütköztetjük, és a kezelõpulton lévõ pneumatikus mûködtetõ karral, bekapcsoljuk a préselést. Ezután a derékszögben rögzített nyílászáróba, beillesztjük az üveget, és a megfelelõ módon kiékeljük. Kisebb méretû szerkezeteknél lehetõségünk van, a munkamagasság módosítására. The machine type MGO 259 Assembling Press is necessary for the manufacturing of PVC doors and windows. For the assembling, an accurate and right-angled fixing of the frame is crucial. The piece which is put on the press, can be moved by a movable lever as far as it will go to the fixed side. With a pneumatical lever on the control panel the pressing process can be started. Then the insulated glass will be installed to frame which was fixed in a right-angle and finally wedged. The working height can be adjusted in case of small sizes of the structures which makes working more comfortable. MGO 2511 MGO 2511 automata csavarozó gép Automatic Screwing Machine Az MGO 2511 típusú automata csavarozó gép, a PVC nyílászárók gyártásához szükséges berendezés. A PVC szerkezetek belsõ kamrájába, az elõírás szerint merevítõ vasat kell rögzíteni. A speciális csavarok behajtását, az automata csavarozó gép segítségével, könnyel elvégezhetjük. A kezelése egyszerû nem igényel túlzott mûszaki felkészültséget. A csavarbehajtó fej alatt lévõ vezetõ lécet, beállítjuk a profil szélességének megfelelõen, majd a gépet a pedál egyszeri megnyomásával elindítjuk. Ekkor a gép, az auto- mata vezérlésnek köszönhetõen, a kezelõ által meghatározott helyen, egy csavart a mûanyagon keresztül, a merevítõ vasba csavar. Ez a folyamat néhány másodperc alatt megtörténik. A gép automatikus csavar adagolással van ellátva, így biztosítja a folyamatos munkavégzést. A különbözõ nyílászárók gyártásakor szükség van egyes fajtáknál, a tok és a szárny osztására. A szükséges osztóborda elkészítéséhez, a munkadarab két végét a profilnak megfelelõ formába kell megmunkálni.
