1.2 Inbetriebnahme Brennstoffe: Das Gerät ist für den Betrieb mit nachfolgend aufgeführten Brennstoffen geeignet. Nur damit ist ein raucharmer und störungsfreier Betrieb gewährleistet. Verwenden Sie nur trockenes Holz mit einer Restfeuchte von max. 20%. Brennstoffart Hartholz Weichholz Braunkohlebrikett Heizwert ca. Bei Kassette Ausführungen ist kein Brennstoffwähler vorhanden. Bitte nur Holz verwenden. Die Verbrennung von Abfällen, Feinhackschnitzeln, Rinden, Spanplattenresten, Kohlegruß, feuchtem oder mit Holzschutzmitteln behandeltem Holz, sowie Papier und Pappe ist verboten. Zum Anzünden sollte Holzwolle oder Kohleanzünder verwendet werden.keine flüssigen Anzündhilfen verwenden! Erstes Anheizen Vor Inbetriebnahme ist die Transportsicherung auf der Umlenkplatte über dem Feuerraum (Bild 6) herauszunehmen. Bei dem ersten Anheizen des Gerätes ist eine leichte Geruchsbildung, die völlig gefahrlos ist, normal! Bitte während dieser Zeit den Aufstellraum gut lüften. Die Heiztür öffnen durch Heben des Griffes nach oben (Bild 2). Bei heißem Gerät ist dazu ein isolierter Handschuh zu benutzen. 4
Der Primärluftschieber und Brennstoffwähler (Bild 3 ) entsprechend der Tabelle 2 einstellen. Kohleanzünder oder Holzwolle auf den Rost legen, darüber Holzspäne geben. Darauf erst kleineres, dann größeres Holz geben, anzünden und Tür wieder verschließen. Wenn das Feuer lebhaft brennt und eine ausreichende Grundglut vorhanden ist erneut Brennstoff aufgeben. Danach den Primärluftschieber und Brennstoffwähler entsprechend der Tabelle 2 Verbrennungslufteinstellung einstellen. Das erste Anheizen sollte sanft verlaufen, mit geringer Menge Brennmaterial, damit sich die Ofenteile an die Hitze gewöhnen können. Geruchsbildung beim ersten Anheizen ist normal und völlig gefahrlos. 1.3 Außerbetriebnahme Restglut ausbrennen und Ofen abkühlen lassen. Feuerraum und Aschenkasten entleeren! Türe schlieβen, Primärluftschieber schließen ( Stellung I ) und Brennstoffwähler Schließen ( Stellung K ). 1.4 Hinweise zum Heizen Der Kaminofen darf nur mit geschlossener Fülltür betrieben werden. Kaminőfen der Bauart 1 besitzen eine selbstschließende Feuerraumtür. Diese darf nur zum Anheizen, Nachlegen oder Reinigen des Feuerraums geöffnet werden (sonst evtl. Zugprobleme bei weiteren am Kamin angeschlossenen Geräten). Eine abgestimmt zugeführte Sekundärluft sorgt für die Nachverbrennung der im Abgas enthaltenen brennbaren Bestandteile. Dies bedeutet eine rauch- und rußarme Verbrennung zur Schonung der Umwelt. Sollten Sie Ihren Ofen in der Übergangszeit in Betrieb nehmen, dann prüfen Sie vorher den Schornsteinzug, da dieser bei hohen Außentemperaturen sehr gering sein kann. Zu diesem Zweck halten Sie ein brennendes Zündholz in die ein wenig geöffnete Heiztür. Wenn die Flamme nicht deutlich angesaugt wird, ist zunächst ein sogen. Lockfeuer zu erzeugen. Hierzu werden kurzzeitig Holzspäne/-Wolle im Ofen oder in der Reinigungsöffnung des Kamines entzündet. Der Rost sollte vor jeder Brennstoffaufgabe gereinigt werden, um eine gute Verbrennungsluftzufuhr zu gewährleisten. Der Aschenkasten ist regelmäßig zu entleeren ( Bild 4 ). Bei heißem Gerät beiligenden Handschuh verwenden.bitte beachten Sie dabei,daß keine Glühenden Verbrennungsrückstände in die Mülltonne gelangen. Es ist darauf zu achten,daß der Aschenkasten immer bis Anschlag eingeschoben wird. Achtung! Im Interesse der Luftreinhaltung sollten die angegebenen max.brennstoffaufgabemengen nicht überschritten werden. Bei Kaminofen ist nur eine einlagige Brennstoffaufgabe gestattet. Eine reduzierte Heizleistung sollte nur durch Verringerung der Aufgabemenge und nicht durch Reduzierung der Primärluft erfolgen. 5
1.5 Reinigung und Pflege Nach Beendigung der Heizperiode empfiehlt es sich, eine gründliche Reinigung des Ofens und der Abgasrohre vorzunehmen. Nachlassen der Heizleistung, ist fast immer eine Folge starker Verschmutzung der Abgaswege. Zur Reinigung, ist die Umlenkplatte ( Bild 7 ) nach vorne zu ziehen. Dadurch kann der Abgasweg von innen, oder wenn das Abgasrohr entfernt wird, von oben gereinigt werden. Die Umlenkplatte ( Bild 7 ) ist nach den Reinigen wieder ganz nach hinten zu schieben. Achtung : Nach jeder Heizperiode ist es angebracht, den Ofen gründlich zu kontrollieren. Wenn Ausbesserungen oder Erneuerungen vorgenommen werden müssen, wenden Sie sich bitte rechtzeitig unter Angabe der Artikel-Nr. und der F.-Nr. (siehe Typschild) an Ihren Fachhändler. Die Pflege der äußeren Flächen ist nur bei kaltem Ofen zu empfehlen. Die Flächen werden mit klarem Wasser gereinigt oder in besonderen Fällen vorher mit Seifenlauge oder Geschirrspülmittel behandelt und dann trocken gerieben. Reinigen Sie Ihre ROBAX S-Sichtscheibe vor der ersten Benutzung mit einem feuchten sauberen Tuch. Verreiben Sie danach einige Tropfen eines Pflegemittels für Glaskeramik Scheiben mit einem Küchenpapier auf beiden Seiten der Scheibe. Danach ist die hochwertige Oberfläche von ROBAX S mit einem unsichtbaren Film überzogen. Dieser hilft die Scheibe sauber zu halten und erleichtert bei regelmäßiger Wiederholung die Reinigung. Zur Reinigung von leicht verschmutzten ROBAX-S-Scheiben kann handelsübliches Glas- Reinigungsmittel und von mittel oder stark verschmutzten Scheiben Backofenreiniger dienen. Hierzu werden einige Spritzer des Reinigers auf die kalte Scheibe gegeben und verrieben. Danach wird feucht nachgewischt und mit einem sauberen, weichen Tuch trockengerieben.sollten sich einmal brennstoffbedingt hartnäckige Verkrustungen auf der Scheibe gebildet haben, so können Sie diese einfach, zunächst mit einem Ceranplatten- Schaber im flachen Winkel weitgehend abschaben. Danach werden die Scheiben wie vor beschrieben gereinigt. Pflege von Keramik: Schmutz und Fett kann mit Seife und Wasser entfernt werden. Pflege von Speckstein:Speckstein ist ein Naturstein,daher sind kleine Farbabweichungen normal und kein Grund zur Reklamation! Schmutz und Fett kann mit Seife und Wasser,kleine Kratzer mit Naßschleifpapier (Körnung 240) entfernt werden. Hinweis:Auf keinen Fall sollten Sie Schwämme, Scheuermittel, aggresive oder kratzende Reinigungsmittel verwenden! Sollte der Rost sich einmal derart verstopfen, daß er im Gerät nicht mehr funktionsfähig gemacht werden kann, so muss dieser zum Reinigen herausgenommen werden (Bild 5) 6

1.6 Störungsursachen, Behebung Art der Störung mögliche Ursache Behebung Geruchbildung: Austrocknung der angewendeten Schutzfarbe. Verdampfung von Ölresten Den Ofen entsprechend der Bedienungsanleitung mehrere Stunden in Kleinstellung betreiben. Danach für mehrere Stunden auf maximale Leistung heizen. Zu geringe Wärmeabgabe: Geräteleistung zu klein gewählt. Lassen Sie Ihren Wärmebedarf vom Fachmann kontrollieren. Zu geringer Kaminzug Zu langes und undichtes Abgasrohr Undichtheiten an der Glastür Verbrennung von zu feuchtem Holz Der Kaminzug muß mindestens 10 Pa betragen. Kontrollieren Sie Ihren Schornstein auf Dichtheit. Die Türen anderer an diesen Schornstein angeschlossenen Feuerstätten dicht schließen. Vor allem auf undichte Kamin- Reinigungsverschlüsse achten. Eventuell mit senkrechter Anlaufstrecke anschließen (Bild 10). Die gesamten Abgasrohrverbindungenen müssen gut abgedichtet sein und feuerfest isoliert werden. Dichtung kontrollieren, Heiztür gut verschließen. Eventuell Dichtschnur erneuern lassen. Nur gut getrocknetes Holz verwenden. 8
2. Aufstellung 2.1 Vorschriften Für die Aufstellung und den abgasseitigen Anschluß sind die Forderungen der Feuerungsverordnung (FeuVO) der jeweiligen Länderbauordnung sowie DIN 4705 und DIN 18160 zu beachten.zur einwandfreien Funktion Ihres Ofens muß der Schornstein, an den Sie das Gerät anschließen wollen, in einwandfreiem Zustand sein. 2.2 Aufstellungsraum Da der Kaminofen die zur Verbrennung benötige Luft dem Aufstellungsraum entnimmt ist dafür zu sorgen, daß über die Undichtheiten des Fensters oder Außentüren stets genügend Luft nachströmt. Zusätzlich ist sicherzustellen, daß ein Raum- Leistungsverhältnis von 4 m 3 je kw Nennwärmeleistung gewährleistet ist. Für den Kaminofen bedeutet dies, daß der Aufstellungsraum mindestens 32m 3 groß sein muß. Ist das Volumen geringer, muß über Lüftungsöffnungen ein Verbrennungsluftverbund mit anderen Räumen hergestellt werden. (Verbundöffnungen mind. 150 cm²) 2.3 Geräteabstände Alle brennbaren Bauteile, Möbel oder auch z.b.dekostoffe in der näheren Umgebung des Ofens sind gegen Hitzeeinwirkung zu schützen. Einrichtungsgegenstände im Strahlungsbereich Im Sichtbereich (Strahlungsbereich) des Feuers muβ zu brennbaren Bauteilen,Möbel oder auch z.b. zu Dekostoffen ein Abstand von mindestens 80 cm (A), gemessen ab Vorderkante Feuerraumöffnung eingehalten werden.der Sicherheitsabstand reduziert sich auf 40 cm (B), wenn ein belüfteter Strahlungsschutz vor das zu schützende Bauteil montiert wird (Beispiel siehe Abb.8 ) Einrichtungsgegenstände auβerhalb des Strahlungsbereichs Die Stellwände seitlich und hinter dem Gerät dürfen nicht aus brennbaren Baustoffen hergestellt, oder mit brennbaren Baustoffen verkleidet sein, sofern ein Abstand von seitlich 30 cm und hinten 20 cm unterschritten wird. Der Seitenabstand zu Möbelteilen aus Holz oder Kunststoff muβ ebenfalls 30 cm betragen ( siehe Abb. 9 ). Bild 8 Bild 9 9
Boden vor und unter dem Ofen Fuβböden aus brennbarem Material, wie Teppich, Parkett oder Kork, müssen unter dem Ofen sowie von der Feuerraumöffnung 50 cm nach vorne und 30 cm seitlich durch einen Belag aus nicht brennbaren Baustoffen, z.b. Keramik, Stein, Glas oder einer Bodenplatte aus Stahl, ersetzt oder geschützt werden. 2.4 Kaminanschluß ACHTUNG: Vor dem Anschluß des Gerätes ist in jedem Fall der zuständige Bezierkskaminkehrermeister zu Rate zu ziehen! Verbindungsstücke müssen am Gerät und untereinander fest und dicht verbunden sein. Sie dürfen nicht in den freien Schornsteinquerschnitt hineinragen. Das Verbindungsstück zwischen Kaminofen und Kamin soll den gleichen Querschnitt haben wie der Rohrstutzen am Ofen. Waagerechte Verbindungsstücke über 0,5 m sollen zum Kamin hin um 10 Grad ansteigen. Rohre, die nicht wärmegeschützt oder senkrecht geführt sind, sollen nicht länger als einen Meter sein. Verbindungsstücke zu Kaminen müssen von Bauteilen aus brennbaren Baustoffen einen Abstand von mindestens 40 cm einhalten. Es genügt ein Abstand von mindestens 10 cm, wenn die Verbindungsstücke mindestens 2 cm dick mit nichtbrennbaren Dämmstoffen ummantelt sind.verbindungsstücke zu Kaminen müssen, soweit sie durch Bauteile aus brennbaren Baustoffen führen in einem Abstand von mindestens 20 cm mit einem Schutzrohr aus nichtbrennbaren Baustoffen versehen oder,in einem Umkreis von mindestens 20 cm mit nicht brennbaren Baustoffen mit geringer Wärmeleitfähigkeit ummantelt sein. Geringere Abstände aus brennbaren Baustoffen sind zulässig, wenn sichergestellt ist, dass an den Bauteilen bei Nennwärmeleistung der Feuerstätten keine höheren Temperaturen als 85 C auftreten können. ACHTUNG: Der Anschluß an einem Kamin, dessen wirksame Höhe unter 4m, bei Mehrfachbelegung 5m liegt, ist unzulässig./ Siehe: Daten zur Schornsteinberechnung / Seite 11 / An dem zum Anschluß des Ofens vorgesehenen Kamin dürfen höchstens zwei weitere Feuerstätten angeschlossen sein. In der Regel kann der Ofen mit einem Bogen direkt an den Schornstein angeschlossen werden. Bild 6 Bei geringem Schornsteinzug sollte der Ofen durch ein Senkrechtes Abgasrohr, das als Anlaufstrecke dient,mit dem Schornstein verbunden werden. Bild 7 10

1.2 Installation Fuels The equipment can be used with fuels detailed in the followings. This way the lowsmoke and trouble-free operation can be secured. Use only dry wood with a moisture of maximum 20%. Types of fuels Heating appr. There is no fuel selecting at the casettes. Utilizable fuel: wood. IT IS NOT ALLOWED to burn waste, fine chipping, bark, wood handled with preventive chemicals, furthermore paper and cardboard. For kindling please use wood scrapings or grill starter but never use liquid auxiliaries! The first kindling At the first fire set-up could be a little smoke,but is not dangerous,normal! In this time,please,ventillate the room carefully! 16
Before installation pull out the delivery securer off the refractory brick through the furnace chamber (picture no. 6). Open the door by raising the handle (picture no. 2) If the equipment is hot, you can use insulated gloves. Open the primary air regulator (picture no. 3). Put light wood or wood scrapings onto the fire-grate. First put small pieces of wood then bigger ones on it, light them and close the door again. If the wood burns quickly and leaves sufficient glowing embers, put further fuel on it. Following that, set the primary air regulator (picture no. 3) and the fuel separating according to the table on page 16. The first kindling shall be mild, with few fuel only, so that the lacquer covering of the fire-place can settle. During the first kindling odour formation is normal, ventilation in the room is needed. 1.3 Putting out of operation Let the glowing ember burn to ashes and the fire-place get cold. Empty the furnace chamber and the ash bin. Close the doors and push the primary air regulator totally to the left. 1.4 The fireplace shall be operated only with closed furnace chamber door. Fire-places with closed furnace chamber have self-locking furnace chamber doors. These shall be opened only for kindling, loading or when cleaning the furnace chamber (otherwise problems with draught can occur at other equipment leading to the same chimney). A led-in secondary air channel additionally burns the combustible components of the flue gas. This means environment friendly smoke and soot-poor burning. If you wish to operate your fire-place in transit season, please control the chimney-draught beforehand, since this can be very weak by high external temperatures. To find this out, hold a burning match in the slightly open feeding door. If the flame is not inhausted clearly, the chimney draught is not appropriate. To tackle this, burn wood scrapings in the fire-place or in the cleaning hole for a short time. The fire-grate must be cleaned before every kindling to ensure good circulation of air for burning. Attention! Please do not exceed the prescribed quantities of fuel in order to preserve the environment. 17
1.5 Cleaning and maintenance After the end of the heating season it is advantageous to clean the fire-place and the smoke tube carefully. Decreasing heating performance is almost always the consequence of filthy flues. For cleaning the baffle plate (picture no. 7) must be pulled forward. This way, the flues can be cleaned from inside or after removing the smoke tube-from above. After cleaning the baffle plate (picture no. 7) must be pushed back fully again! Attention! Following every heating season you are advised to examine the fire-place carefully. Provided that any repair or renovation is needed contact your local dealer quoting the model number and serial number of your equipment (as seen on the model plate). The ash bin must be emptied regularly! (picture no. 4) In case of heated equipment use the attached glove. Make sure that no glowing remains get into the waste bin. Make sure that the ash bin is always pushed back to its place properly! Please clean the outer surface of the fire-place only after it gets cold. Use cold water for cleaning, or soap, washing ingredient in extraordinary cases, then wipe it dry. Before the first use clean the Robax-glass with wet and clean clout. Then put a few drops of glass-ceramics purifier onto both sides of the glass and spread it. After rinsing and wiping it dry the invisible layer on the surface of the Robax-glass will help to keep the glass clean and makes cleaning -which is done regularly- easier. Cleaning of the ceramics: dirt and grease are to be removed with soap and water. Cleaning of soapstone:the soapstone is a natural stone,so little tint-difference could occure,this is normal and no base for reklamation! To clean the soapstone from dirt and fat with water and soap,from little scratch with sand paper ( sand 240 )! Attention! 2. Placing 2.1 Prescriptions When placing the fire-place and jointing the smoke tube side the fire protection requirements of the relevant construction provisions must be taken into consideration. For the problem-free functioning of the equipment the chimney which the fire-place uses must be in perfect condition. 2.2 The room for placing the fire-place Since the air which the fire-place takes comes from the room where it is located fresh supply of air must be sufficient. Make sure that 4 m 3 volume of air falls to each kw of nominal performance. For this specific fire-place this means that the room must be at least 32 m 3. If the room is less than 20 m 3 then sufficient air supply can be secured by opening more rooms together (size of the linking slots must be at least 150 cm 2 ). 2.3 Distances All combustible equipment, furniture or e.g. decoration materials which are in the close environment of the fire-place shall be protected from the heat. Furnishings in the radiation area Keep a minimal distance of 1m between the front cover of the fire-place and the combustible equipment, furniture or e.g. decoration materials. The security distance can be lowered to 40 cm if a heat shield is put in front of the object to be protected (B) (see our example on drawing no. 8). Furnishings outside the radiation area The walls beside and behind the fire-place shall not be made of combustible materials and they cannot be covered by such materials, unless the distance on the sides is more than 30 cm and behind is more than 20 cm. Similarly to the wooden and plastic furniture on the sides a distance of 30 cm shall be kept (see drawing no. 9). 8.picture 21 9.picture
The flooring under the fire-place Flooring made of combustible materials like carpet, parquet floor or cork shall be protected by a shield of non-combustible material (e.g. ceramics-, stone-, glass-floor or metal) placed under the fire-place reaching 50 cm in front of the furnace chamber and 30 cm besides. 2.4 Joint of the chimney Attention! Before jointing the fire-place to the chimney ask for the approval of the responsible chimney-sweeper. Linking and jointing elements shall be attached to the equipment and to each other in a well-sealed and durable way. The smoke tube cannot reach into the free cross-section of the chimney. The interconnecting piece between the chimney and the fire-place shall be of the same cross-section size as the tube stub of the fire-place. The tubes which are not heatprotected or are not led vertically shall not be longer than 1m. Those horizontal tube jointing pieces which are longer than 50 cm shall be attached to the fireplace with a rising of 10 o. There shall be a minimum distance of 40 cm between the jointing pieces of the fire-place and the combustible materials. Provided that the interconnecting pieces have a noncombustible coating of minimum 2 cm, then the distance from combustible materials can be minimum 10 cm. If the interconnecting pieces are led across equipment or furnishing made of combustible materials, 1-they have to be covered with a protecting tube made of non-combustible material in a distance of min. 20 cm, or 2-they have to be coated with non-combustible material in an area of min. 20 cm. Distances less than the above are allowed if it is secured that from the nominal performance of the fire-place the temperature at the combustible equipment and furnishing is not more than 85 o C. Attention! Attaching to a chimney is not allowed if the length of the chimney junction is less than 4 m ( see the details of chimney calculations on page no. 23 ). To the chimney which the fire-place uses a maximum of two other fireplaces can be jointed. The fire-place can usually be jointed to the chimney with an arch. When the chimney draught is weak the fire place must be jointed to the chimney through a vertical smoke tube. 22

L odeur se forme désagréable,qui naturel totalement anodin hygéne. S il vous plaît aération le local avant que vous alument. ouvrir la porte en basculant la poignée vers le haut. (voir fig. 2.) ouvrir la prise d air primaire (voir fig. 3.) disposez quelques blocs d allumage ou de la laine de bois sur la grille. Mettez ensuite par- dessus quelques copeaux, un peu de petit bois et pour terminer du bois plus gros. Allumez ensuite les blocs et fermez la porte. Pour obtenir une combustion propre, il vaut mieux remplir le poêle en deux ou trois fois. Réglez ensuite la prise d air primaire (voir fig. 3 et tableau à la page 8.) A la première utilisation ne faites pas marcher le poêle trop fort. Il est possible qu un dégagement de fumée se produise la première fois. Ceci est normal et n est pas dangereux. 1.3 Extinction Laissez toujour brûler complètement le poêle jusqu à ce qu il s éteigne de luimême. Videz le foyer et le tiroir à cendres. Fermez la porte et la prise d air primaire. 1.4 Le poêle ne peut fonctionné qu avec la porte fermée Poêle, de type de construction 1 (aprés la norme DIN) est echipé avec la porte de fermeture automatique. La porte peut être ouvrir à allumage alimentation, ou à nettoyage! L air secondaire dans le foyer assure la combustion des components inflammables dans le gaz de fumée pour réduire la polluations d environnement. Si la température d extérieur est plus haut, vérifiez le tirage avant d allumer parce que ca peut diminuer dans cette situation si vous allumez une allumette devant le poêle la porte est ouverte 2-3 cm et vous observez l absence du tirage (la flamme d alumette est en poistion verticale) doit allumer quelques laines de bois pour rétablissement du tirage normal. ATTENTION! Pour des motives de protection d environnement ne dépassez pas la quantité de remplissage prescrite. 29
1.5 Nettoyage et entretien A la fin de la saison de chauffage doit nettoyer en profondeur le poêle et sa conduite d évacuation de fumée. Une diminuation des performances de chauffage est presque toujours la conséquence de la saleté.pour le nettoyage de l intérieur du poêle, il est conseillé tirer la plaque devant (voir fig. 7.) Aprés le nettoyage on doit repousser la plaque. Attention! Après chaque saison de chauffage il est conseillé contrôler en profondeur le poêle. Si un poêle doit être reparé adressez-vous à un professionel qualifié en indiquant le numéro de fabrication. (voir la plaque signalétique)le tiroir à cendres doit systématiquement enlever. Utilisez des gants quand l appareil est chaud. Ne jamais jeter dans la poubelle des cendres encore chaudes.le tiroir à cendres doit bien poussé!ne nettoyez le poêle que lorsqu il est suffisamment refroidi.il suffit en général de nettoyer le manteau de poêle à l aide d un chiffon humide. En cas de saleté persistante, utilisez une savonnée.pour nettoyer les carreaux avant le premier allumage utilisez un chiffon humide. Ensuite traitez les carreaux (Robax) au moyen d un produit d entretien pour vitro céramique (CERA-fix). Vous déposez ainsi un film invisible qui permettra ensuite de nettoyer plus facilement les carreaux. Le mise La grasse de caillou:la grasse de caillou un naturel de matiére,c est pourquoi la différence petit couleur normal et cela n est pas cause de réclame. La saleté et la graisse avec le savon,et avec l eau les croquis petits,humide avec le papierémeri (240 granules) éloigner. Nettoyage des céramiques : la saleté peut être nettoyer à l aide d un chiffon humide ou d une savonné. Attenion! N utilisez jamais de détergent agressif, d éponges abrasives ou tout autre produit d entretien récurant. Si la grille de décendrage se coincer, doit éloigner. 30

Aération insuffisante dans la pièce causant une souspression. 32 Faites contrôler le dégagement de chaleur par votre revendeur. Le tirage dans la cheminée doit être au minimum de 0,10 mbar. Vérifiez l étanchéité de la cheminée. Fermez les portes d autres cheminées/ poêles sur le canal d évacuation de la fumée. Contrôlez surtout les clapets de nettoyage qui ne sont pas fermés. Traitez d éventuelles fuites à l aide d un produit d étanchéité. Veillez à une bonne étanchéité du raccord dans le canal d évacuation. Les matériaux utilisés doivent être résistants au feu. Vérifiez l étanchéité. Si nécessaire, renouveler la bande d étanchéité. N utiliser que du bois bien sec. N utiliser que de bois bien sec. Faire chauffer fortement le poêle avec plusieurs blocs, ensuite régler à une capacité plus faible. Vérifier s il faut ramoner la cheminée. Si nécessaire, faire ramoner la cheminée. Ouvrir une fenêtre ou un registre d air d une ouverture minimum de 150 cm3.
2. Installation 2.1 Prescriptions d installation Faites placer le poêle en conformément aux prescriptions nationales et locales en matière de sécurité anti-incendie ainsi qu après les normes : DIN 4705 et DIN 18160. Pour un bon fonctionnement de l appareil il est nécessaire une cheminée parfaite. 2.2 Espace pour installation L air frais, nécessaire à la combustion est assuré par l espace de la pièce dans laquelle le poêle est installé. La volume de la pièce doit être au minimum égal à 4 fois la puissance d appareil ( 4 m³ / kw). Pour ce poêle doit être min. 32 m³. Si le local est plus petit des ouvertures d aération doivent être, des pratiquées pour créer une communication avec les autres pièces. Une bouche d aération doit être d au moins 150 cm². 2.3 Distances minim Laissez suffisamment d espace entre le poêle et le mobilier ou d autres objets. Ameublements dans la zone de rayonnement Aucun revêtement inflammable ne peut se trouver devant le poêle dans un rayon de 1m. (A) Si vous utilisez une plaque thérmorésistent cette distance peut être réduire à 40 cm. (B) (voir fig. 8) Ameublements en dehors de la zone de rayonnement Les murs situés directement à côté ou derrière le poêle ne peuvent pas être composés de matières inflammables. Si c est le cas, la distance entre le poêle et le mur doit être d un minimum de 30 cm à côté et de 20 cm à derrière. La distance entre le poêle et des meubles en bois ou en matière synthétique doit être d au minimum 30 cm (voir fig. 9.). fig.8 fig.9 33
Le sol sous poêle Si le sol n est pas résistant à la chaleur placez sur le sol, sous le poêle une plaque de sol thermoresistent : métallique, céramique ou pierre devant le poêle 50 cm, à côtè 30 cm. 2.4 Raccordement sur la cheminée Attention! Pour une cheminée avec un raccord à la hauteur de tirage utile doit être d au moins 4 m. (voir p. 33.) A la cheminée peuvent encore raccordés maximum 2 poêles. Avant de raccorder sur la cheminée il est recommandé de faire appel à un professionnel qualifié. L appareil sera raccordé étance à la cheminée au moyen d un tuyau de fumée. Le tuyau n enfoncerait pas trop profondément dans la cheminée. Le tuyau d évacuation de la fumée entre le poêle et la cheminée doit avoir le même diamètre que le tuyau à collet du poêle. Les parties horizontales de tuyau de plus de 50 cm doivent présenter une inclinaison de 10º.Les tuyaux non isolés ou qui ne sont pas montés verticalement ne peuvent dépasser une longueur de 100 cm. Gardez une distance d au moins 40 cm entre le tuyau et les parties inflammables. Ces valeurs peuvent être augmentées au 10 cm grâce à une isolation du tuyau de minimum 2 cm. Si le tuyau est posé directement à côté de matières inflammables 1.-doit utiliser un tuyau complémentaire et respecter une distance de min. 20 cm, ou 2.-doit garnir avec matières thermoresistent et respecter la distance de min. 20 cm. Ces distances peuvent réduire en cas d une garantie à un chauffage normal, la température des meubles n atteignent pas 85 ºC. Pour une cheminée avec un raccord à la hauteur de tirage utile doit être d au moins 4 m. (voir p. 35.) A la cheminée peuvent encore raccordés maximum 2 poêles. En général le poêle peut être raccorder directement un tuyau coudé sur la cheminée Si la hauteur de tirage utile est inférieure, il faut raccorder un mètre de tuyau vertical sur le poêle avant de raccorder le tuyau la cheminée. 34

Üzembehelyezés előtt a szállítási biztosítót a felső tűztér falazattól, a tűztéren át el kell távolítani (6. kép). Az ajtót a fogantyú emelésével kinyitni (2.kép). ( Forró készüléknél ehhez egy hőálló kesztyű használható! ) A primerlevegőszabályozót (3.kép) és tüzelőanyag választót a 2. táblázatnak megfelelően beállítani. Alágyújtót vagy faforgácsot a rostélyra helyezni. Erre először kisebb, majd nagyobb fát rakni, meggyújtani és az ajtót ismét bezárni. Ha a fa élénken ég és kielégítő parázs képződött, újból tüzelőanyagot kell rárakni. Ezután a prim.lev.szabályozót (3.kép) és tüzelőanyag választót a 2. táblázatnak megfelelően be kell állítani Az első felfűtés legyen enyhe lefolyású, csekély tüzelőanyag mennyiséggel, hogy a kandallón a lakkréteg beégjen. A szagképződés az első begyújtásnál teljesen normális, de szellőztetés szükséges. 1.3 Üzemen kívül-helyezés A parázst elhamvasztani és a kályhát lehűlni hagyni. A tűzteret és a hamuládát kiüríteni! Ajtókat bezárni, prim.lev.szabályozót és tüz.anyag választót a 2. táblázatnak megfelelően beállítani. Hideg állapotban,az üvegre rakódott kormot és szennyeződést vizes szivaccsal lehet eltávolítani,majd szárazra törölni. 1.4 Fűtési útmutatások A kandallót csak zárt tűztérajtóval szabad üzemeltetni. A zárt tűzterű kandallóknak önzáródó tűztérajtójuk van. Ezt csak a begyújtáshoz, a tápláláshoz, vagy a tűztér tisztításakor szabad kinyitni, ( egyébként esetleges huzatprobléma lép fel a többi kéménybe csatlakoztatott készülékeknél). A szekunder levegő gondoskodik a füstgázban található éghető összetevők utólagos elégetéséről. Ez a környezetet kímélő, füst és koromszegény égést jelenti. Amennyiben a kandallóját az átmeneti időben üzembe helyezné, akkor ellenőrizze előzetesen a kéményhuzatot, mivel ez magas külső hőmérsékletnél nagyon csekély lehet. E célból tartson egy égő gyufát a kissé nyitott tüzelőajtóban. Ha a lángot nem egyértelműen szívja befelé, akkor a kéményhuzat nem megfelelő. Ennek kiküszöböléséhez a kandallóban, vagy a kémény tisztítónyílásában rövid ideig faforgácsot kell meggyújtani. A rostélyt minden begyújtás előtt ki kell tisztítani, hogy jó levegőáramlást biztosítsunk az égéshez Figyelem! A környezet kímélése érdekében a megadott tüzelő anyagmennyiségeket nem szabad túllépni. 41
1.5 Tisztítás és gondozás A fűtési időszak befejeztével ajánlatos egy alapos kandalló és füstcső-tisztítás. A rostély hideg állapotban kivehető,tisztítható. A fűtési teljesítmény visszaesése csaknem mindig a füsjáratok elpiszkolódásának következménye. A tisztításhoz a terelőlapot (40mm vastagságú samott idom) (7.kép) előre kell húzni. Ezáltal a füstutak belülről, vagy ha a füstcsövet eltávolítjuk, akkor felülről kitisztíthatók. A terelőlapot a tisztítás után ismét teljesen hátra kell tolni! (7.kép) Figyelem! Minden fűtési periódus után alaposan át kell ellenőrizni a kandallót. Amennyiben javítás vagy felújítás szükséges, forduljon időben a szakszervízhez, megadva készüléke cikk és gyártási számát (lásd a típustáblán). A hamuládát rendszeresen üríteni kell! (4. kép) Forró készüléknél a mellékelt kesztyűt használja! Ügyeljen arra, hogy semmilyen parázsló, izzó hamumaradvány ne kerüljön a szemétgyűjtőbe. Feltétlen ügyeljen arra, hogy a hamuláda mindig ütközésig legyen betolva! A külső felületek tisztítása csak hideg kályhánál ajánlatos. A felületeket hideg vízzel kell tisztítani, vagy különleges esetekben szappannal, vagy mosogatószerrel és azután szárazra kell törölni. A ROBAX-üveget az első használat előtt tisztítsa meg nedves, tiszta kendővel. Kenjen szét ezután néhány cseppet egy üvegkerámia-tisztítószerből egy konyhai papírral az üveg mindkét oldalán. A leöblítés és szárazra törlés után a ROBAX üveg felületén a láthatatlan filmréteg segít az üveg tisztántartásában és megkönnyíti -rendszeresen megismételve- a tisztítást. A kerámia tisztítása: A piszok és zsiradék szappannal és vízzel távolítható el. A zsírkő tisztítása:a zsírkő természetes kő,ezért kis színeltérések normálisak és nem alap a reklamációhoz! Piszok és zsír szappannal és vízzel,kis karcok nedves csiszolópapírral ( szemcse 240 ) távolíthatók el. Figyelem! Semmilyen esetben sem szabad súrolószereket, agresszív, vagy karcoló tisztítószereket használni! 42

1.6 Üzemzavar-okok, elhárításuk Üzemzavar fajtája: Lehetséges okai: Elhárítás: Szagképződés: a felhasznált védőfesték kikeményedése Olajmaradékok kigőzölgése A kandallót a haszn. utasítás szerint több órán át kisfokozaton üzemeltetni. Ezután több órára maximális teljesítményre felfűteni. Túl kevés hőleadás: Túl kis készülékteljesítményt választottunk Szakemberrel vizsgáltassa meg az Ön hőszükségletét. Túl csekély a kéményhuzat A kéményhuzatnak min. 10 Pa.-nak kell lennie. Ellenőrizze a kéményének a tömítettségét, és hogy más, ehhez a kéményhez csatlakozó tűzhelyek ajtajai tömítetten ( jól ) záródnak. Mindenek előtt ügyeljen a tömítetlen kéménytisztító becsatlakozásokra. Túl hosszú és tömítetlen füstcső Az összes füstcsőkötésnek jól tömítettnek és tűzállón-szigeteltnek kell lennie. Tömítetlenség az ajtóüvegnél Túl nedves fa használata Tömítést ellenőrzini, az ajtót jól bezárni. Esetlegesen a tömítőzsinórt felújíttatni. Csak jól kiszárított fát alkalmazzunk. 44
