AUSBLICK EL REJELZÉS OUTLOOK Herausforderungen Kihívások Das Jahr 2013 wurde als recht durchschnittliches Jahr beendet. Noch war nicht wirklich spürbar, welche Herausforderungen sich anbahnen. 2014 wird anders werden. Die zunehmenden Erfolge im Projektgeschäft und mit au!rischender Konjunktur die erhöhte Nachfrage im Standardgeschäft lassen die Kapazitäten knapp werden. So muss sehr kurzfristig bei nass magnet Hungária Kft. zusätzlicher Platz entstehen. Ein endgültiger, geregelter Neubau kann nicht abgewartet werden. Eine Interimslösung als Provisorium muss her. Auch unser Maschinenpark reicht nicht mehr aus, was zu gigantischen Investitionen im Bereich der Dreherei, aber auch in der Wickelei führt. Bei alldem gilt es aber, mit Augenmaß zu agieren. Die Konjunktur könnte sich auch wieder abschwächen. Produkte (ABS-Drucksteuerventil) könnten auslaufen. Die Kunst ist, ausreichend Kapazität zu scha!en, um die Chancen zu nutzen, dennoch aber auch die Risiken im Auge zu behalten. 2013 war auch das Jahr der Premiere für e-mocon. Dem Projekt- und dem Standardgeschäft haben wir mit dem B2B-Webshop einen dritten Geschäftsbereich an die Seite gestellt. Mühsam, werden die einen sagen, vielversprechend die anderen. Fakt ist, dass mit allen im Shop eingestellten Produktbereichen bereits Umsatz getätigt wurde. Fakt ist auch, dass zukünftig ein O"ine - ohne ein Online Geschäft nicht mehr vorstellbar ist. Und umgekehrt. Beide Geschäftszweige nützen dem jeweils anderen, sind gewissermaßen aufeinander angewiesen. Das zeigt die (noch relativ junge) Praxis des B2B-Geschäfts im Internet; das unterstreichen renommierte Studien. Mit der Gewinnung zusätzlicher Produkte (Handelswaren in Kooperation mit anderen Herstellern) soll der Webshop e-mocon, so der Plan, zum umfassenden Lieferportal des Maschinenbaus in Sachen Steuerungstechnik aufsteigen. Diese Gewinnung neuer Produkte zur Abrundung des Sortiments stellt die große Herausforderung für 2014 und die Folgejahre dar. Auf diesem Weg und mit unserem Alleinstellungsmerkmal, dem im Webshop integrierten Kon#gurator für individuelle Produktvarianten, können wir mit e-mocon eine Erfolgsgeschichte schreiben. Mindemellett megfelel$ óvatossággal kell eljárnunk, hiszen a gazdasági konjunktúra újra visszaeshet. A termékek (ABS nyomásszabályozó szelep) kifuthatnak. Egyesek erre azt fogják mondani, hogy egy kicsit nehéz ügy, míg mások azt, hogy ígéretes. Tény azonban, hogy a shopban megtalálható minden termékkategória már forgalmat generált. Az is tény, hogy a jöv$ben már elképzelhetetlen egy o"ine üzletet online nélkül, ami fordítva is igaz. Mindkét üzletág er$síti egymást, valamilyen szinten egymásra vannak utalva. Ezt bizonyítja a gyakorlatban az (még viszonylag új) internetes B2B-üzletág, illetve neves tanulmányok is ezt igazolják. További termékek bevezetésével (kereskedelmi termékek együttm%ködve más gyártókkal) azt szeretnénk elérni, hogy az e-mocon a vezérléstechnika területén a gépipar átfogó beszállítói portáljává váljon. 2014-re és az azt követ$ évekre nézve az jelenti számunkra a kihívást, hogy bevezessük az említett termékeket, melyek kiteljesítik majd kínálatunkat. Ihm könnte eine Stammzellenoperation helfen. Für Dávid muss ein so genannter genetischer Zwilling ermittelt werden, der zu einer Stammzellenspende bereit ist. Die heute bestehenden internationalen Register mit den typisierten Daten vieler spendenwilliger Menschen sind hier eine große Unterstützung. Doch ist das gesamte Verfahren der Voruntersuchung des Spenders, der Stammzellenspende, der Vorbereitung des Patienten und schließlich der Stammzellentransplantation selber mit erheblichen Kosten verbunden. Parallel dazu muss die Wohnung der Familie mit einigem Aufwand den medizinischen Erfordernissen entsprechend hergerichtet werden. Im Fall des kleinen Dávid ist es der Familie nicht möglich, die notwendigen Maßnahmen ausschließlich aus eigenen Mitteln zu bestreiten, was sie aber müsste, da die Kosten leider nicht von der Krankenkasse übernommen werden. IM GESPRÄCH AKTUÁLIS CURRENT Twin Boost ist kurz gesagt ein zweistu g verdichtender Kolbenkompressor der Firma WABCO, dem zwei im Zusammenbau gefertigte Ventilsysteme, basierend auf unserem System 8, vorgeschaltet werden, erklärt Marco Biester, Leiter der Prozessentwicklung bei nass magnet. Das System soll in PKWs verbaut werden und dort die Luftfederung und den Abstand des Fahrzeugs zum Boden regulieren. Zunächst mal kann das nicht wirklich neu sein für ein Unternehmen, könnte man meinen, das seit über 40 Jahren das System 8 solide und innovativ auf dem Markt behauptet. Und dennoch, geht es um das Projekt Twin Boost, spricht man im gesamten Unternehmen derzeit von einer größeren Herausforderung. Marco Biester: Wir verbauen bei diesem Auftrag nicht nur unsere Ventilsysteme und prüfen das so gefertigte Der Auftrag erfordert die Symbiose einer ganzen Palette an Präzisions-Hightech Zwillingssystem. Erstmals sollen wir für einen Kunden auch unser System in dessen Steuergehäuse integrieren. Geliefert wird dann ein vorgesteuertes Hauptventil im Komplettbau. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter der Prozessentwicklung sind gegenwärtig in der einen oder anderen Weise daran beteiligt, eine Anlage zu realisieren, bei der alle nötigen Arbeitsabläufe Hand in Hand gehen: Montieren und Prüfen des Doppel-Ventilsystems sowie Verbauen desselben in das Steuergehäuse. Die Anlage für unseren Kunden WABCO vereinigt, so die hannoverschen Prozessentwickler, alle anspruchsvollen Technologien : Ultraschall-Schweißen, Lasern, Feinlekkage, Prüfen unter hohem Druck, Spritzgießen mit Kernzügen, automatisches Fetten. Der Auftrag erfordert die Symbiose einer ganzen Palette an Präzisions-Hightech. Eine weitere Herausforderung ist der ehrgeizige Zeitplan. Ab April 2014 soll auf der Anlage am Standort in Veszprém/Ungarn in Serie gefertigt werden, was zuvor eine vernünftige Schulung und Einarbeitung der damit betrauten ungarischen Kolleginnen und Kollegen erforderlich macht. Parallel dazu steht in Ungarn auch die räumliche Kapazitätserweiterung auf der Agenda, eine weitere wichtige Voraussetzung für den Erfolg mit Twin Boost. Bei einer (vorläu!g) zu erwartenden jährlichen Ausbringung von bis zu 200.000 Stück keine Angelegenheit, bei der man in Ruhe einen geregelten Neubau ins Auge fassen könnte. Eine Interimslösung als Provisionslösung muss her, schreibt Klaus Kirchheim dazu im Vorwort dieser -Ausgabe. Bleibt noch zu erwähnen, dass unser Twin Boost nicht nur zweimal baugleich können muss. Je nach dem, für welches Fahrzeug das System vorgesehen ist, können die Ventilsysteme auch Unterschiede aufweisen. Deutliche Fortschritte verzeichnet auch unsere Spritzgussfertigung in Hannover: Mit der erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Investitionsplanung wurde unser Maschinenpark erheblich verjüngt und dadurch produktiver und flexibler. IM GESPRÄCH AKTUÁLIS CURRENT Separate Musterfertigung So kann jetzt zum Beispiel ein großer Teil der Musteraufträge separiert von der übrigen Fertigung zeitund ordnungsgemäß auf der eigens dafür vorgesehenen Abmusterungsanlage ausgeführt werden. Das Anfahren eines neuen Betriebsmittels und die damit verbundenen Schleifen bis zur Serienfreigabe können auf diese Weise autonom und ohne Zeitdruck geschehen. Vorteil: Ablaufbedingte Stillstände lähmen nicht gleich die gesamte Fertigung! Die nunmehr seit Ende 2012 in der Fertigung eingesetzten Maschinen (zwei Neuanlagen) haben unsere Arbeitsabläufe deutlich optimiert. Ging das Gros der Maschinenausfälle im Bereich NTP-K zumeist noch auf das Konto ihrer beiden Vorgänger, haben die Neuen uns in Sachen Anlagenverfügbarkeit spürbar nach vorne gebracht. Desweiteren haben wir durch die neu abgestimmte Maschinenspezi"kation enorme Vorteile bei den Zykluszeiten. Maschinen werden nach nass-magnet-standard mit einer Zwei-Pumpen-Technologie ausgelegt. So besteht die Möglichkeit, Parallelbewegungen wie das Ö#nen und Auswerfen des Werkzeugs nahezu zeitgleich zu realisieren. Die Tatsache, dass wir auch an den Prozessparametern Optimierungen zum Vorteil der reproduzierbaren Bauteilqualität durchführen konnten, hat im Durchschnitt eine Zykluszeitverkürzung je nach Artikel von bis zu 20 Prozent erbracht. 12 Foto: Raphael Laschke Zykluszeiten optimiert

Das Projekt ÖKOPROFIT (vollständig: ÖKOlogisches PROjekt Für Integrierte UmweltTechnik) unterstreicht diese Tendenz eindrucksvoll: Seit dem Jahr 2000 haben sich über 150 Betriebe und Institutionen aus der Stadt und der Region Hannover am ÖKOPROFIT-Programm beteiligt. Es reift die Erkenntnis, dass eine ressourcenschonende Produktion sowie betrieblicher Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutz zur Lösung der in der Agenda 21 formulierten Aufgaben beitragen und zugleich Kosten einsparen lassen. Das soll im Hause nass magnet auf folgendem Wege realisiert werden: 1) Es werden die wichtigsten Sto!- und Energieströme mengen- und kostenmäßig erfasst. 2) Es wird ein Umweltprogramm zur Abfallminderung aufgelegt. 3) Es wird dafür gesorgt, dass der Umgang mit Gefahrsto!en verbessert und die Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorschriften gewährleistet wird. 4) Es wird die Umweltvorsorge durch die Festlegung von Zuständigkeiten, Umweltleitlinien und Zielvorgaben im Unternehmen auch organisatorisch verankert. Auch wenn der Weg zur selbstverständlichen Einbeziehung der genannten selbst formulierten Ziele kein leichter ist und die Umsetzung im Unternehmensalltag häu"g viel Kreativität und Innovation erfordert. Das Zwischenergebnis des Projektneulings nass magnet, das bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Projektjahresveranstaltung am 13. Mai 2013 zu Buche stand, kann sich sehen lassen. Beim Stromverbrauch werden jährlich 176.491 kwh eingespart, was einer CO2-Ausstoßminderung von 101.129 kg und einer "nanziellen Ersparnis von 30.900, entspricht. Dazu dienten folgende Maßnahmen: Gezielte Entsorgung von Ausschussprodukten als Wertsto!e; Austausch der alten Leuchtsto#ampen in der manuellen Fertigung gegen Lampen mit elektronischer Beschaltung; Einsatz von Frequenzumrichtern zur Regelung des Lüftungssystems in der 16 Teilefertigung. Die vorher nur unter Volllast betriebene Lüftungsanlage kann nunmehr je nach Produktionsauslastung bis auf 30 Prozent ihrer Leistung heruntergeregelt werden. Natürlich gab es am 13. Mai 2013 bei der Verleihung des ÖKOPROFIT-Zerti"kats durch Regionspräsident Hauke Jagau an die beteiligten Unternehmen im Rahmen einer Feierstunde im Maharadscha-Palast des Zoos Hannover allenthalben zufriedene Gesichter. So auch bei der Delegation der nass magnet GmbH, die stellvertretend für viele Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die sich im Sinne der Agenda21 engagier(t)en, die Auszeichnung entgegennehmen durften. Doch das Projektteam der nass magnet GmbH mit Thomas Groetzinger (Geschäftsführer Technik), Martin Weigert (Leiter Instandhaltung und Projektverantwortlicher) und Eckhard von Alten (Arbeitssicherheitsbeauftragter) weiß nur zu gut: Wir stehen in Sachen ÖKOPROFIT noch am Anfang. Damit auf dem eingeschlagenen Weg weitere Erfolge erzielt werden, sind viele neue innovative Ideen aus der Belegschaft gefragt. Az említett célkít%zések megvalósítása nem könny% feladat és ennek kivitelezése a vállalati mindennapokban gyakran nagyfokú kreativitást és innovatív látásmódot követel. Annak ellenére, hogy a nass magnet projektje még kezd$ stádiumban van, az id$közi eredményeire a 2013. május 13.- án megrendezésre kerül$ éves projekteseményen már büszkék lehettünk. Évente 176.491 kwh áramot tudunk megtakarítani, mely 101.129 kg-al kevesebb CO2-kibocsátásnak és 30.900, eurós költségmegtakarításnak felel meg. Természetesen, a 2013. május 13.án a hannoveri állatkertben található Maharadscha-Palast-ban megrendezett ünnepi eseményen, amikor Hauke Jagau régióigazgató átadta az ÖKOPROFIT-tanúsítványt a résztvev$ vállalatoknak, mindenhol elégedett arcokat láthattunk. Így a nass magnet képvisel$i is joggal örülhettek, amikor az Agenda 21 iránt elkötelezett kollégáik nevében akik átvehették a kitüntetést. The project ÖKOPROFIT (in full: Ecological Project for integrated Environmental technology) impressively underlines this tendency: since the year 2000 more than 150 institutes from the city and the region of Hannover have participated in the ÖKOPROFIT program. It is slowly becoming clear that eco-friendly production, operative environmental protection and safety at work can contribute to solve the tasks formulated in the Agenda 21 and to save costs at the same time. This has to be realized at nass magnet as follows: 1) The volume and cost of the most important material and energy!ows have to be identi"ed. 2) An environmental programme for waste reduction will be initiated. 3) It is ensured that handling of hazardous substances is improved and observance of legal regulations guaranteed. 4) Environmental provisions are integrated within the organization of the company by de"ning responsibilities, environmental directives and objectives. Even if the way to natural inclusion of the aforementioned targets is not easy and their implementation into the work days of the company often requires much creativity and innovation. The interim result of the newcomer nass magnet is something to be proud of# It was already available at the day of the annual event on 13th May 2013. Kurz und wichtig Automobilindustrie I C-30-Ausbau B2B-Webshop e-mocon Schrittweise Erweiterung Im Auftrag verschiedener großer Kunden arbeiten wir derzeit an einigen Enwicklungsprojekten für die Automobilindustrie. Die Federführung dabei hat unser Projektmanagement. Unter anderem geht es um einen deutlichen Ausbau und eine stärkere Automatisierung der Fertigungskapazitäten unseres Cartridge-Ventils C 30, das für automotive Anwendungen geeignet ist. Um dem Kundenbedarf gerecht zu werden, müssen die Innovationen bis 2015 realisiert sein. Die Stückzahlen steigen aufgrund des wachsenden Einsatzes des Produktes in unterschiedlichen Anwendungen in größerem Umfang. Am 1. Juli 2013, nach Monaten der Konzipierung, Planung, graphischen und technischen Vorbereitung, war es endlich so weit: Wir starteten den B2B-Webshop e-mocon. Das erste Online-Angebot, Steckverbinder mit und ohne Kabel, wurde bereits ein paar Wochen später um Funktionsverschraubungen ergänzt. Zwischenbilanz der Startphase: Erste Bestellungen wurden abgewickelt. Neue, interessante Kunden konnten gewonnen werden. 2014 wird der Webshop weiter ausgebaut. Geplant oder bereits in Arbeit sind: Die Aufnahme neuer Produkte (Magnetspulen und Ankersysteme), die Umsetzung der automatischen Generierung von Fertigungsdokumenten (Zeichnungen, Stücklisten, Arbeitspläne und Materialstämme) sowie die Einbindung von Handelsprodukten anderer Hersteller und Händler, passend zu unserem Produktportfolio. Das Ziel ist umrissen: Das Angebot unter e-mocon soll in 2014 Schritt für Schritt erweitert und abgerundet werden. The product shall be installed in various cars of di$erent manufactures of premium class vehicles and controls convenient air suspension. The unit includes development components of nass magnet (in the solenoid valve) as well as customer components which we are putting through its paces with the aid of semi-automatic assembly and test devices. Im Auftrag eines Kunden haben wir 2013 für eine adaptive, hydraulische Dämpfung eine Magnetspule entwickelt und industrialisiert. Derzeit wird zwecks Reduzierung der Herstellkosten an einer Weiterentwicklung gearbeitet, die zur höheren Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Produktes führen soll. Schweren Herzens, aber auch mit einem Lächeln haben wir uns nach 34 erfolgreichen Jahren am 11. Dezember 2013 von unserer alten Duroplast-SG-Maschine getrennt. Mit Blick auf ihren jahrzehntelangen Einsatz lässt sich mit Fug und Recht feststellen: Sie hatte einen bemerkenswerten Anteil am Unternehmenserfolg" Hunderttausende von Duroplast-Spulen in fast allen Varianten (System 8-22 und 8-30 LED, 16er-System-Varianten u.e.m.) wurden auf der D 80 gefertigt. Wir sagen Danke für den unermüdlichen Einsatz und schicken sie nun in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand.
