Stimate Cititor! Dear Reader! Megtisztelő volt számomra, mikor 2012.májusában az Európa-kapu EGTC alapítói úgy döntöttek, hogy megtisztelnek bizalmukkal és az EGTC szakmai vezetését kezembe adták. Különös öröm és kihívás is ez a feladat, hiszen a határmenti térség, olyan integrált beruházásokat, fejlesztéseket igényel melyeket csak együtt, egy közös intézmény keretében tudunk elvégezni. Megalakulásunk óta fő célunk az volt, hogy felkészüljünk a s programozási időszakra és ismertessük szakmai terveinket a támogató intézmények felé. A térség fejlesztési alappillérei: mezőgazdaság, a mezőgazdasági termékek feldolgozása, újrahasznosítható energiaforrások, munkahelyteremtés, társadalmi fejlesztések. Célunk egy olyan dinamikus, önfenntartó térséget létrehozni, amely vonzó életkörülményeket nyújt és mely gazdasága fejlődőképes. Fontos elemei a fejlesztésnek a civil szervezetek szakmai munkájának a segítése, a kulturális, turisztikai, történelmi és hagyományokra alapozó tevékenységek támogatása. Térségi erősségeink: a jó minőségű termőföldek, a termálvizek, erdők és a lendület, az élni akarni vágyó térség. A legnagyobb erőségünk a partnerségünk, hiszen 36 önkormányzat több mint két éve töretlenül dolgozik azon, hogy a s Európai Uniós pénzügyi időszakban olyan pályázati forrásokat tudjon lehozni térségünkbe melyek hosszútávon meghatározhatják a térség fejlődését és jövőjét. Engedjek meg, hogy a kiadvány további részein bemutassuk a térségünket alkotó településeket! A fost o onoare deosebită pentru mine în luna mai 2012 când membrii fondatori ai GECT Poarta Europa mi-au încredințat conducerea de expertiză a GECT. E o bucurie și o provocare deosebit de mare având în vedere că zona de graniță necesită investiții integrate, dezvoltări ce pot fi făcute doar împreună, în cadrul unei instituții comune. Scopul nostru a fost de la înființare să ne pregătim pentru perioada de programare și să facem cunoscute planurile noastre de dezvoltare instituțiilor finanțatoare. Bazele dezvoltării sunt: agricultura, prelucrarea produselor agricole, energiile regenerabile, susținerea înființării de noi locuri de muncă, investiții sociale. Scopul nostru este realizarea unei zone dinamice, capabilă să se autosusțină și care oferă condiții de viață atractive și are o economie în curs de dezvoltare. Un element de bază al dezvoltării este susținerea activițăților de expertiză pe care le au organizațiile civile în domenii precum cultură, turism, obiceiuri și istoric. Punctele tari ale zonei: terenuri agricole de bună calitate, apele termale, pădurile și avântul zonei care vrea să trăiască. Punctul forte este parteneriatul existent, având în vedere că 36 de autorități publice lucrează mai bine de doi ani pentru a obține în perioada de finanțare fonduri care pe termen lung vor defini dezvoltarea și viitorul zonei. Permiteți-mi ca în cele ce urmează să vă prezentăm localitățile componente ale GECT Poarta Europa! It was a great honour for me when the founders of Gate to Europe EGTC decided to offer me the coordination in expertise field of EGTC in May It s joying and in the same time it s challenging because the cross border area needs integrated investments, developments those can be made only together. These developments process can be made only with helps of a joint institution. Our objective after the establishment was to prepare for financial programing period and we wanted to make well-known our development plans with the financing institutions. The bases of the development are: the agriculture, processing of agricultural products, renewables energies, sustainment of the creation of new jobs, social investments. Our aim is to create one dynamic area, able to self-sustaining and able to offer attractive life conditions and creation of an active economy. One of the basic element of development is the sustainment of expertise activities initiated by the NGOs in the field like the culture, tourism, traditions and history. The strengths of the area are the followings: high quality agricultural lands, thermal waters, forests and the area soaring that want to live. The strengths is the existing partnership because 36 local public authorities works together for 2 years with the aim to obtain funding in the period This funding can influence the development and future of the area for long term. Let me allow that in the next pages of this publication to present the localities of Gate to Europa EGTC! Nagy örömömre szolgál, hogy bemutathatom Önnek az Európa-kapu EGTC térségét. Területi társulásunk egy több hónapon át tartó jóváhagyási folyamat eredményeképpen jött létre májusában. Az Európa-kapu EGTC egy önálló jogi személyiséggel rendelkező, nemzetközi társulás. Az EGTC alapító önkormányzatai Magyarországról Nyíradony, Derecske, Hajdúhadház és Újfehértó, Romániából pedig Székelyhíd, Érmihályfalva, Kiskereki és Nagykároly. Az EGTC területén számos gazdasági és turisztikai lehetőség adódik. Az EGTC célja, hogy ezekre az erőforrásokra alapozva a partner önkormányzatokkal, a térségi civil szervezetekkel és a magáncégekkel közösen olyan fejlesztési programokat határozzon meg, amelyek a térség teljes gazdasági és szociális fellendülését biztosítják. Az Európa-kapu EGTC megalakulás után tagbővítést kezdeményezett és ezzel az EGTC partnerönkormányzatainak száma 36-ra növekedett. A fejlesztés fő jelszava, mely egyben szervezetünk jelmondata is: Együtt határok nélkül!. Remélem, hogy ez a kiadvány arra ösztönzi majd a Kedves Olvasót, hogy személyesen is megismerje az Európa-kapu EGTC térségét. Gruparea a luat ființă în luna mai 2012 în urma unui proces de avizare ce a durat mai multe luni. GECT Poarta Europa este o instituție ce dispune de personalitate juridica proprie, fiind o asociere internatională. Membrii fondatori ai Grupării sunt: Nyíradony, Derecske, Hajdúhadház și Újfehértó din Ungaria și Săcueni, Valea lui Mihai, Cherechiu și Carei din România. În teritoriul GECT pot fi identificate numeroase posibilități turistice și economice. Scopul GECT este ca în partneriat cu autoritățile publice locale, organizațiile neguvernamentale și persoanele juridice din zonă să implementeze programme care să conducă la o revigorare socio-economică. GECT Poarta Europa a început procesul de extindere imediat după înființare, iar astfel numărul membrilor Grupării este de 36. The territorial cooperation setting up process duration took several months and the process was finalized in May The Gate to Europe EGTC is an international legal entity body. The founding members are the local authorities of Nyíradony, Derecske, Hajdúhadház, Újfehértó(Hungary) and Săcueni, Valea lui Mihai, Cherechiu and Carei (Romania). The territory of EGTC has many economic and touristic possibilities. The EGTC can use these resources together with the partner public institutions, with civil organizations and private bodies with the aim of establishing joint development projects that can assure the region entire upswing in the social and economic fields. After the establishment started the extension and in this way the total number of the partners are 36 local authorities. The key password of the development that represents also our organization s motto, is: Together without borders!. I hope that this publication persuades all the readers of this publication to visit the territories of Gate to Europe EGTC. 3 NYÍRADONY Székelyhíd Nyíradony Hajdú-Bihar megyében Debrecentől 26 km-re található, a délnyírségi ligetaljai tájegység szívében. Lakosainak száma megközelíti a 8 ezer főt január 1-től Nyíradony 1950 után újra járási székhelyként funkcionál. Közigazgatási területe az Alföld legnagyobb összefüggő erdejét, a világelső dámpopulációjáról híres Gúthi erdőt nyugatról és északról öleli körbe. Nyíradony este situat în județul Hajdú- Bihar la 26 km distanță de Debrecen, în partea sudică denumită generic Nyírség. Numărul locuitorilor săi este în jur de 8000 de persoane. Din data de 1 ianuarie 2013, Nyíradony a devenit din nou reședință de plasă, titlu pe care l-a deținut până în Pe teritoriul administrativ al orașului se află cea mai mare pădure a Câmpiei de Jos, pădurea Gúthi, celebră datorită celei mai mari populații de cerbi lopătari la nivel mondial. Pădurea înconjoară orașul dinspre vest și nord. Nyíradony is situated in Hajdu-Bihar county, 26 km away from Debrecen, in the southern part generically called Nyírség. The number of its inhabitants is around 8,000 people. Starting January 1, 2013 Nyíradony became again county seat, title it held until On the administrative teritory of the city is the largest forest of the Lower Plain, Forest Gúthi, famous for the largest fallow deer populations worldwide. The forest is surrounding the city from the west and north. Székelyhíd egy dinamikusan fejlődő kisváros Bihar megyében. Az Ér völgyének baloldali teraszán és az Ér síkságán fekszik, részben dombokkal tarkított vidéken. Sík részein mocsaras tavak találhatók: az olaszi és nagykágyai tó, valamint a Csíkostó, amely természetvédelmi terület. Székelyhíd határában kiváló mezőgazdasági területek találhatóak, szőlő- és borkultúrája több évszázados hagyománnyal rendelkezik, a városban és környékén több mint 400 borospince található. Săcueni este un orășel ce se dezvoltă dinamic în județul Bihor. Se situează pe terasa din partea stângă a văii Ierului și pe câmpia Ierului, într-un ținut împestrițat parțial cu dealuri. În porțiunile sale de șes se află lacuri mâloase: lacul din Olosig și lacul din Cadea, respectiv lacul Cicoș, care este arie protejată. În hotarele localității Săcueni se află terenuri agricole excelente, dispune de viticultură și vinicultură cu tradiții multiseculare, în oraș și în împrejurimile sale există mai mult de 400 de crame. Săcueni is a town that grows dynamically in Bihor County. It is situated on the left side of the terrace and plain Ier, in a land with speckled hills partially. In its lowland portions are muddy lakes: Lake of Olosig and lake of Cadea, respectively Cicoș lake, which is a protected area. 4 DERECSKE ÉRMIHÁLYFALVA Derecske az Alföldön fekszik Debrecentől 21 km-re délre Hajdú-Bihar megyében, határában folyik a Kálló nevű patak. Derecske járási székhelyként funkcionál, lakosainak száma meghaladja a 9 ezer főt. Kulturális és hagyományőrző rendezvényei, gazdag sportélete, középiskolája, művészeti iskolája, a közszolgáltatások magas színvonala élhető, fejlődő kisváros képét mutatják, mely rugalmasan alkalmazkodik a XXI. század kihívásaihoz. A város életében meghatározó szerepe van a mezőgazdaságnak, hiszen Derecske határában jó minőségű termőföldek találhatóak. Derecske se află în Câmpia de Jos, la 21 km distanță la sud de Debrecen, în județul Hajdú-Bihar, în hotarul său curge pârâul numit Kálló. Derecske funcționează ca reședință de plasă, numărul locuitorilor săi depășește 9 mii de persoane. Spectacolele sale culturale și de conservare a tradițiilor, viața sa sportivă bogată, liceul și școala sa de artă, nivelul ridicat al serviciilor publice prezintă imaginea unui orășel viabil și în plină dezvoltare, care se adaptează flexibil la provocările secolului XXI. Agricultura are un rol definitoriu în viața orașului, în hotarul orașului Derecske există terenuri agricole de bună calitate. Derecske is located in the Câmpia de Jos, at 21 km away south of Debrecen, in Hajdu-Bihar County, in its border flows the rivulet called Kálló. Derecske functions as residence of the net, the number of its inhabitants exceedes the 9 thousands people. The cultural performances and preservation of cultural traditions, its rich sporting life,high school and art school, the high level of public services reflect the image of a viable and growing town, which adapts flexibly to the challenges of the XXI century. Agriculture plays a defining role in city life, since in the border town Derecske are good quality agricultural land. Érmihályfalva az Érmellék fővárosa, kisváros Bihar megye északnyugati részén. Fontos vasúti és közúti csomópont Nagyvárad és Szatmárnémeti között, ugyanakkor nemzetközi határátkelő Nyírábránynál Magyarország irányába közúton és vasúton egyaránt. A Nyíló Akác Néptánccsoport évtizedek óta a térség hagyományait ápolja és táncait mutatja be nemcsak országos, hanem nemzetközi szinten is. Érmihályfalván 5 felekezet, 20 civil szervezet és további 32 közművelődési vagy sport alakulat foglalkozik a lakosság szellemi és testi fejlődésével. Valea lui Mihai este,,capitala văii Ierului, un oraș mic în partea nord-vest a județului Bihor. Este un important nod feroviar și rutier între Oradea și Satu Mare, totodată este un punct internațional de trecere a frontierei spre Ungaria, la Nyírábrány, atât pe cale rutieră, cât și pe cale feroviară. Trupa de dans popular,,nyíló Akác Salcâmul în Floare de decenii, cultivă tradițiile și dansurile regiunii și le prezintă nu doar la nivel național, ci și internațional. La Valea lui Mihai, 5 confesiuni, 20 de organizații civile și alte 32 de asociații culturale și sportive se ocupă de dezvoltarea fizică și spirituală a populației. Valea lui Mihai is,,the capital of Ier valley, a small twon in the north western side of Bihor County. It is an important railway point and road link between Oradea and Satu Mare, it is also an international border crossing point to Hungary, at Nyírábrány, both by road and by rail. The folk dance group,,,nyíló Akác - Acacia in bloom, has been cultivating traditions and dances of the region for decades and presents not only nationally but also internationally. At Valea lui Mihai, 5 confessions, 20 civic organizations and 32 other cultural and sport associations are dealing with the physical and spiritual development of the population. 6 Együtt határok nélkül! 5 HAJDÚHADHÁZ NAGYKÁROLY Hajdúhadház jelenleg Hajdú-Bihar megye egyik dinamikusan fejlődő kisvárosa, a Hajdúhadházi járás székhelytelepülése. Lakosainak száma meghaladja a 13 ezer főt. A várost minden irányból gyönyörű erdők veszik körül, melyek területén több turistaút is keresztül vezet. A város lakóinak jelentős része mezőgazdasági termeléssel foglalkozik, ápolva a régi hagyományokat. Hajdúhadház híres saját káposztafajtájáról, a Hadházi Laposról, és az abból készített savanyú káposztáról. A város térsége régen komoly szőlőtermő hely volt, több mint ezer hektár szőlővel. A szőlészet és borászat talpra állítása jelenleg is folyamatban van. Hajdúhadház este în prezent unul dintre micile orașe cu dezvoltare dinamică din județul Hajdú-Bihar, fiind reședința plasei cu același nume. Numărul locuitorilor săi depășește 13 mii de persoane. Orașul este înconjurat din toate direcțiile de păduri splendide, a căror suprafață este traversată de numeroase poteci turistice. O parte semnificativă a locuitorilor orașului se ocupă cu agricultură, cultivând vechile tradiții. Hajdúhadház este renumit după specia proprie de varză varza plată de Hadház - și varza murată realizată din aceasta. Regiunea orașului a fost în trecut un loc viticol important, cu mai multe mii de hectare cu struguri. Reînvierea viticulturii și viniculturii este și în prezent în desfășurare. Hajdúhadház is currently one of the dynamically developing small towns in Hajdú-Bihar county, and it is the residence of the net with the same name. The number of its inhabitants is more than 13 thousand people. The city is surrounded on all sides by magnificent forests, whose surface is crossed by numerous touristic paths. A significant part of the inhabitants work in agriculture, cultivating old traditions. Hajdúhadház is known for its own species of cabbage - flat Hadház cabbage - and its pickled cabbage. The city region used to be a major wine place with several thousand acres of grapes. The revival of viticulture and viniculture is currently in progress. Nagykároly Szatmár megyében található, jelenleg az ETT legtöbb lakosával rendelkező tagja. Lakosainak száma összesen 19 ezer fő. A városban a közintézmények, a kulturális és szabadidős, valamint a szociális intézmények száma magas. Nagykároly turisztikai szempontból is fontos szerepet tölt be a térségben, hiszen itt található az impozáns Károlyi-kastély. A kastély eredetileg a XV. században épült, de mai alakját csak a XIX. század végén kapta, amikor is neogótikus stílusban átépítették. A látványossághoz hozzájárul a kastélyt körülövező angolkert is. Localitatea Carei se află în județul Satu Mare, fiind în prezent membru GECT, care dispune de cei mai mulți locuitori. Are un număr total de 19 mii de locuitori. În oraș există un număr mare de instituții publice, culturale și de recreere, respectiv sociale. Localitatea Carei îndeplinește un rol important în regiune și din punct de vedere turistic, deoarece aici se află impozantul castel Károlyi. Inițial castelul s-a construit în secolul XV., însă forma actuală și-a dobândit-o doar la sfârșitul secolului XIX, când a fost reconstruit în stil neogotic. La spectaculozitate contribuie și grădina englezească, care este foarte frumoasă și în zilele noastre. The locality Carei situated in Satu Mare county, is now a member of the EGTC, and has most of the inhabitants. It has a total of 19 thousand inhabitants. In the city there are a big number of institutions, cultural and recreational as well as social. Carei locality is fulfilling an important role in the region in terms of tourism, because there is the imposing castle Károlyi. Originally, the castle was built in the fifteenth century, but it acquired its current form only in the late nineteenth century, when it was rebuilt in neo-gothic style. 6 ÚJFEHÉRTÓ Kiskereki Újfehértó Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg megyében található, Nyíregyházától 16 kilométerre, Debrecentől 35 kilométerre. Lakosainak száma meghaladja a 13 ezer főt. Az itt élők a két nagyváros közé ékelődve kialakítottak egy olyan települést, mely a városi lét minden előnyét ötvözte magában, miközben a falusias küllem változatlanul tükrözi lakosainak életformáját. Évszázadok óta alig változott ez valamit, hiszen a megélhetést a föld és annak jövedelme biztosítja ma is, valamint az állattartás is jelen van a település agrártevékenységei között. Újfehértó se află în județul Szabolcs- Szatmár-Bereg, la 16 kilometri distanță de Nyíregyháza și 35 de kilometri de Debrecen. Numărul locuitorilor săi depășește 13 mii de persoane. Cei ce trăiesc aici, au format un fel de localitate înfiptă între două orașe mari, care îmbină toate avantajele vieții urbane, în timp ce aspectul rural oglindește neschimbat stilul de viață al locuitorilor săi. De secole abia s-a schimbat ceva, deoarece traiul este asigurat și azi de pământ și de veniturile realizate din lucrarea acestuia, respectiv, creșterea animalelor este prezentă între activitățile agrare ale localității. Újfehértó is in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, 16 kilometers from Nyíregyháza and 35 kilometers from Debrecen. The number of its inhabitants exceeds 13 thousand people. Kiskereki az Ér völgyében, illetve a Nagyváradot Szatmárnémetivel összekötő 19-es számú főút (E-671) két oldalán elterülő község. Kiskereki mindig is mocsaras vidék volt, gazdag hal, vízinövény és madár populációval, azonban a 60-as évek végén az érmelléki mocsarat is lecsapolták, és ennek maradványaként itt található egyedülálló terület a Kárpát-medencei ősmocsár utolsó maradványa. A visszamocsarasítás során megtelepülő növényzet kiváló alapanyagot biztosít a tradicionális kosárfonó mesterség felélesztéséhez. Korábban főleg az érkeserűiek vessző és gyékényfonással is foglalkoztak, emellett fontos volt a halászat, a madarászat és a vadászat. Cherechiu este o comună ce se întinde în Valea Ierului, respectiv de cele două părți a drumului european 19 (E-671) ce leagă Satu Mare de Oradea. Cherechiu a fost întotdeauna o regiune mlăștinoasă, cu populație bogată de pești, de plante acvatice și păsări, însă la sfârșitul anilor 60, mlaștina din Valea Ierului a fost asanată și în urma acesteia a rămas acel teritoriu unic, care reprezintă ultima rămășiță a mlaștinii străvechi din bazinul carpatin. Vegetația ce s-a format pe parcursul asanării, asigură materie primă excelentă pentru revigorarea meșteșugului tradițional de împletire a coșurilor. Mai demult mai ales cei din Cherechiu s-au ocupat și cu împletitul din nuiele de răchită și din papură, pe lângă aceasta a fost important pescuitul, vânătoarea și vânatul păsărilor. Cherechiu is a commune spreading along Ier Valley, respectively on both sides of the European road 19 (E-671) that is connecting Satu Mare to Oradea. Cherechiu has always been a swampy region with rich population of fish, aquatic plants and birds, but in the late 60s, the swamp of Ier Valley was drained and following that it remained unique in that territory, which is the last remnant of the ancient swamp in the Carpathian basin. Vegetation formed during the creation of swamp ensures excellent feedstock for reinvigorate traditional craft of basket weaving. In the past - especially those from Cherechiu - had been busy with wickerwork, in addition it was important fishing, hunting and bird hunting. 10 Együtt határok nélkül! Împreună fără granițe! 7 ÁLMOSD Margitta Álmosd a köztudatban elsősorban Magyarország Himnusza költőjének, Kölcsey Ferencnek lakhelyeként, illetve az itt zajló győztes, Bocskai István által vezetett, a császári sereg fölött döntő győzelmet aratott csata színhelyeként ismert. Álmosd község Hajdú-Bihar megye keleti peremén, a román határ közvetlen közelében fekszik Debrecentől 34 km távolságra, Létavértestől 9 km-re északkeletre, Bagamértól 4 km-re délre. A település lélekszáma megközelíti az 1800 főt. În conștiința populară, Álmosd este cunoscut în primul rând ca localitatea de reședință a poetului Imnului Ungariei, Kölcsey Ferenc, respectiv a bătăliei victorioase desfășurate aici, a oștilor conduse de Bocskai Ștefan asupra armatei imperiale. Comuna Álmosd se întinde la marginea estică a județului Hajdú-Bihar, în imediata apropiere a graniței române, la 34 km distanță de Debrecen, la 9 km spre nord-est de Létavértes, la 4 km sud de Bagamér. În comună se organizează anual mai multe manifestări culturale. Astfel este Sărbătoarea Recoltei organizată în iulie și Balul strugurilor organizat în octombrie în Ghenci, Zilele Comunei, eveniment organizat în luna septembrie la Căuaș, respectiv sărbătoarea Ady organizată în noiembrie la Ady Endre. 9 Nyírbéltek Majtény Nyírbéltek nagyközség Szabolcs- Szatmár-Bereg megye délkeleti részén, a Nyírségben fekvő település. Lakosainak száma megközelíti a 3 ezer főt. A falu sajátossága, hogy itt nem történt meg a mezőgazdaság kollektivizálása, a rendszerváltás előtt is az önálló magángazdálkodás volt jellemző a településen. Az önkormányzat jelenleg intenzív gazdálkodást folytat. Localitatea este înconjurată la sud de dealuri (zona deluroasă Sălacea-Săcueni), iar la nord de lumea cândva mlăștinoasă a Ierului. Dealurile acoperite cu argilă roșie au fost excelente și pentru viticultură. O curiozitate remarcabilă de arhitectură populară îl reprezintă șirul său de crame. Șirurile de beciuri săpate în dealuri, construite și întreținute cu mare grijă sunt compuse în prezent din aproximativ 970 de beciuri. Az Erdőspuszták és a Gúthi erdő találkozásában, változatos domborzati viszonyok között helyezkedik el, lakosságszáma meghaladja a 2 ezer főt. Turisztikai és természetvédelmi szempontból is jelentős a település közigazgatási területéhez tartozó, a községet északról határoló Gúthi erdő, melyet Bocskai István erdélyi fejedelem telepített a homokot jól tűrő tölgyekből. Az erdő büszkesége a 200 éves Hubertus tölgy, mely 1939 óta védett. A Gúthi erdő nevezetes vadászati hagyományairól is, a különleges rendeltetésű vadászterület először az 1991-ben, majd a 2002-ben elejtett dámbika világrekordjáról lett nevezetes. 15 ÚJLÉTA BOCSKAIKERT Újléta a Nyírség déli, Hajdú-Bihar megye északkeleti részén, az Erdőspuszták karéjában, Debrecentől 26 km-re található. Lakosainak száma közel 1100 fő. Az újlétai táj hullámzó homokhátaival, erdős-ligetes tájaival, az alig érintett természet ritkán érezhető szépségeivel, a békés, idillikus vidék képét nyújtják. Itt található Európa egyik legnagyobb összefüggő kikerics mezeje, mely a Hortobágyi Nemzeti Park felügyelete alatt álló, fokozottan védett terület. Újléta nevezetességei közé tartozik az országos Műemlékvédelmi oltalom alatt álló Tóbi-telepi Borospince, mely beépített kerámia hordóiban összesen félmillió liter bor fért el. 17 POCSAJ ÉRSEMJÉN Pocsaj nagyközség Hajdú-Bihar megye keleti részén fekszik az Érmelléki löszös hát nevű kistájon a román határ mellett, Debrecentől 32 km-re, Berettyóújfalutól 27 km-re. Lakosainak száma meghaladja a 2700 főt. Az úgynevezett Pocsaji-kapun, az Ér és Berettyó folyókon keresztül vezetett a Debrecent és a Nagyváradot öszszekötő hadiút. A községben az Ér és a Berettyó folyó között valamikor egy földvár állt, amelynek helyére később egy újabb vár épült. II. Rákóczi György 1641-ben építtetett várat a régi földvár helyébe. Pocsajnak e váron kívül még három kisebb vára is volt: Leányvár, a Hosszúzugi vár és a Hídközi vár, melyeknek azonban mára már nyoma veszett. În 1641, Rákóczi Gheorghe al II-lea a pus să fie construit în locul vechii cetăți de pământ o cetate nouă. În afară de această cetate, Pocsaj a avut încă 3 cetăți mai mici: Leányvár, cetatea din Hosszúzug și cea din Hídköz, cărora însă până azi li s-a pierdut urma. Kazinczy az irodalom és felvilágosodás kori kultúra, Fráter a zene területén tevékenykedett, míg Csiha mint püspök és irodalmár öregbítette szülőfaluja hírnevét. 18 FÜLÖP KRASZNABÉLTEK Fülöp Hajdú-Bihar megye legkeletibb települése, Debrecentől 40 km-re keletre fekszik a román határ mellett. Lakosainak száma meghaladja az 1700 főt. A középkorban Szatmár megyéhez tartozó település első írásos említése 1325-ből való után vált önálló településsé, majd ban elveszti önállóságát, amelyet 1988-ban kap vissza véglegesen. Fülöpön található Hajdú-Bihar megye legmagasabb pontja, és emellett értékes védett, tájvédelmi területekkel is rendelkezik a település. A vargánya gomba jellegzetes és értékes növénye a községnek, ami gasztronómiai értékei mellett nagyon egészséges is. Comuna Beltiug este situată în partea sudică a judeţului Satu Mare, paralel cu râul Crasna, aşezată de-a lungul drumului naţional 19A la 35 km distanță de Satu Mare şi 55 km distanță de Zalău. Populația comunei depășește 3100 de persoane. Comuna este compusă din 6 sate: Beltiug - reședință de comună, Bolda, Ghirişa, Giungi, Răteşti și Şandra. Localitatea este atestată documentar din anul În 1772, localitatea este colonizată cu o populaţie de etnie germană (şvabi) din Württenberg, Germania. Localitatea este cunoscută pentru cultura viţei de vie și vinicultură, pentru șirul beciurilor și vinurile renumite. Reconstrucția băii termale din comună, poate oferi un avânt semnificativ regiunii. Beltiug commune is located in the southern side of Satu Mare county, parallel with the river Crasna, located along the national road 19A at 35 km from Satu Mare and 55 km from Zalau. The population is more than 3,100 people. The commune consists of 6 villages: Beltiug commune residence, Bolda, Ghirişa, Giungi, Răteşti and Şandra. 19 ÉRSZŐLLŐS TASNÁDSZÁNTÓ Érszőllős észak-bihari község, amely a Margitta- Tasnád főútvonalon fekszik 9 km-re Margittától. A következő falvak tartoznak hozzá: Érszőllős (a község központja), Szolnokháza, Iharostanya és Csekenye. A község összlakossága meghaladja az 1300 főt. Érszőllős első írásos említése 1355-ből való, ekkor Pachal néven jelenik meg, jelenlegi nevén pedig 1968 óta szerepel. A helyiek főként szőlő- és gyümölcstermesztéssel, valamint szarvasmarha-tenyésztéssel foglalkoznak. A civil szervezetek közül kiemelkedik az Érszőllősért Egyesület, melynek célja a jövőben olyan pályázatok elkészítése, amelyek a helyi lakosoknak új lehetőségeket teremtenek és programokat szerveznek. Viișoara este o comună situată în partea nordică a județului Bihor, care se întinde pe drumul național dintre Marghita și Tășnad, la 9 km distanță de Marghita. Satele componente ale comunei sunt: Viișoaraa (reședință de comună), Izvoarele, Pădureni și Reghea. Numărul total de locuitori ai comunei depășește 1300 de persoane. Prima atestare documentară a Viișoarei provine din 1355, atunci apare sub numele de Pachal, iar sub numele actual figurează din Localnicii se ocupă mai ales cu viticultura și pomicultura, respectiv cu creșterea vitelor. Dintre organizațiile non-profit se remarcă,,asociația Pro Viișoara, al cărei obiectiv este elaborarea unor astfel de proiecte în viitor, care creează noi posibilități și organizează programe localnicilor. Viişoara is a commune located in the northern part of the Bihor County, which lies on the national road between Marghita and Tăşnad, 9 km away from Marghita. The villages of the commune are: Viişoara (commune residence), Izvoarele, Pădureni and Reghea. Total number of locals is more than 1,300 people. The first document of Viisoar comes from 1355, then it appears under the name Pachal, and under its current name is appearing from Locals mostly deal with wine and fruit orchards, respectively, growing cattle. Among the non-profit otganizations stands,,pro Viişoara Association, whose aim is to develop such projects in the future in order to create new possibilities and to organize programs for the benefit of the locals. Közigazgatásilag két település tartozik hozzá: Érkőrös és Érszodoró, lakosainak száma megközelíti a 2500 főt. Tasnádszántó nevezetességei közé tartozik az 1859-ben épült Református templom, az 1837-ben épült Loyolai Szent Ignác Római katolikus templom, az 1770-ben épült Görög katolikus fatemplom, valamint Az Istenszülő elszenderülése ortodox templom, amely a környék legnagyobbikának számít. Ezenkívül Érszodoró 1740-ben épült és többször átalakított Református fatemplommal büszkélkedhet. Jellegzetesség még a település erdején keresztül húzódó, északkeleti irányú széles árok és sánc nyomai, amelyek állítólag Szatmárnémetiig húzódnak. Santău sat și centru de comună se află în județul Satu Mare, la nord-vest de orașul Tășnad. Din punct de vedere administrativ aparțin de ea două așezări: Chereușa și Sudurău, iar numărul total al locuitorilor săi se apropie de 2500 de capete. Dintre atracțiile localității Santău fac parte Biserica Reformată construită în 1859, Biserica Romano-catolică Sfântul Ignațiu de Loyola constrută în 1837, Biserica de lemn Greco-catolică construită ăn 1770, respectiv Biserica Ortodoxă Adormirea Măicii Domnului, care este considerată cea mai mare din zonă. Pe lângă aceasta, Sudurău se poate mândri cu o Biserică Reformată de lemn construită în 1740 și transformată de mai multe ori. O altă particularitate o constituie urmele șanțului și canalului care traversează pădurea localității, în direcția nord-est, care se spune că ajung până în Satu Mare. 20 BIHARDIÓSZEG SZENTJOBB Bihardiószeg Bihar megye északnyugati részén fekvő nagyközség, az Érmellék tájegység része. Lakosainak száma meghaladja a 6600 főt. A községhez számos híres személyiség neve fűződik, mint például Diószegi Kis István, Széchenyi István, az Irinyiek, és nem utolsósorban Bocskai István erdélyi fejedelem, aki 1604-ben Diószeg határában küzdött meg a Habsburg csapatokkal. A gazdag történelmi múlttal rendelkező településen jelentős mezőgazdasági ág volt a szőlészet, mely napjainkban újjáéledőben van. A lakosság nagy részének napjainkban is fő vagy kiegészítő jövedelemforrása a mezőgazdaság. A település nevezetességei közé tartozik a Református templom, a Zichy-kastély, a Weiss-féle malom, a MAT épülete a 140 vagonos földfeletti pincével, a Római katolikus plébánia, a Polgármesteri Hivatal épülete, valamint a Baptista imaház. Diosig este o comună așezată în partea nord-vestică a județului Bihor și face parte din regiunea văii Ierului. Numărul locuitorilor săi depășește 6600 de persoane. De comună se leagă numele mai multor personalități renumite, cum ar fi de exemplu Diószegi Kis István, Széchenyi Ștefan, cei din familia Irinyi și nu în ultimul rând principele Transilvaniei Bocskai Ștefan, care în 1604 în hotarul localității Diosig a purtat o bătălie cu armata habsburgică. În localitatea care dispune de un trecut istoric bogat, a fost o ramură agricolă semnificativă viticultura, care în zilele noastre începe să reînvie. Și în zilele noastre, agricultura reprezintă sursa principală sau complementară de venit pentru mare parte a populației locale. Dintre atracțiile localității fac parte biserica reformată, castelul Zichy, moara Weiss, clădirea MAT cu 140 de beciuri supraterane, parohia romano-catolică, clădirea primăriei, respectiv casa de rugăciune baptistă. To the commune are linked the names of several famous personalities such as, for example Diószegi Kis István, Széchenyi Stephen, the Irinyis and not least the prince of Transilvania Bocskai Stephen, who in 1604 at the border of Diosig fought a battle with the army of Habsburg. In the city that has a rich historical past, viticulture was a significant agricultural industry, which nowadays begin to revive. Even today, agriculture is the main source or additional of income for most part of the local population. Among the attractions of the village are the Reformed Church, the Zichy castle, the Weiss mill, MAT building with 140 ground cellars, the Roman Catholic parish, the town hall, and the Baptist house of worship. A település Nagyváradtól mintegy 40 km-re északkeletre a Berettyó jobb partján fekszik, lakossága közel 2300 fő. Szent István jobb karját, a csodás mívű gyűrűvel együtt a csaknem ezeréves Árpád-kori településre egy bizonyos Mercurius nevű székesfehérvári őrkanonok hozta 1061 után. Abban az évben, a Vata-féle pogánylázadás idején exhumálták először és választották le teteméről a jobb kart. Nevezetességei a reneszánsz erődítmény romjai, a római katolikus templom Szent István mellszoborral és a református templom Bocskai István mellszoborral. Localitatea este situată la 40 de km în zona nord-sud de Oradea la partea dreaptă a malului Berettyó având o populație de aproape 2300 de persoane. Mâna dreaptă a Sfântului Ștefan împreună cu inelul frumos lucrat a fost adus de Mercurius (original din Székesfehérvár) în anul 1061 în localitatea cu o vechime de mai bine de 1000 de ani datând din perioada Arpazilor. În acel an în perioada răscoalei păgâne corpul Sfântului a fost exhumat și atunci a fost desprinsă mâna dreaptă de trupul acestuia. Sunt renumite ruinele cetății renascentiste, biserica romano-catolică cu bustul Sfântului Ștefan și biserica reformată cu bustul lui Bocskai István. The locality are situated 40 km away from Oradea in north-south part in the right part of Berettyó river. The number of its inhabitants is around 2300 people. St Stephen s right hand with the beautiful worked ring was brought by Mercurius (original from Székesfehérvár) in 1061 in Sâniob that has existed for 1000 years dating from the period of Árpád family. In that year in the period of pagan uprising the body of St Stephen s was exhumed and the right hand was separated from the body.
