Kedves Közönségünk! 1999-ben rendeztük meg elsõ alkalommal, hagyományteremtõ céllal a gödöllõi kastély festõi szépségû dísztermében hárfafesztiválunkat. A szinte tegnap megtartott elsõ hárfatalálkozó után az idei évben már is - mét jubileumot ünnepelünk: tizenötödik alkalommal köszöntöm Önöket a világ kitûnõ hárfásainak gödöllõi vendégszereplése alkalmából. This year we have also invited the world-famous Salvi, Lyon & Healy and Camac Factories for our exhibition. I would like to express our thanks to you, our audience, for your continuing interest in and love for the Harp Festival, to the leaders and workers of the Gödöllõ Royal Palace for helping us to create this annually recurring, collective feast of international music life. 5 October 2013 7 p.m. in the Royal Palace of Gödöllõ A ndrea Vigh In our hectic, noisy world the most essential aim of our festival is to convey to you peaceful relaxation, a cathartic experience which we can keep as a treasure deep in our hearts all our lives. If we manage to achieve this even with as little as a few beautiful sounds, it was worth the effort and we can say we have done the most an artist can consider the goal of his life. Andrea Vigh In 1996 Andrea Vigh became a professor at the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music. She recorded ten solo CDs, all released on the Capriccio and Hungaroton label to great critical acclaim. Following the release of her Harp Concertos CD, she re - ceived an invitation to the Die Beste programme of German state television ZDF in 1994. Ms Vigh gave several successful solo concerts in the sold-out Great Hall of the Academy of Music in Budapest, and frequently appears in the concert halls of Hungary and Europe both as a solo artist and a chamber musician. Between 1993 1996 she regularly played with the Buda pest Festival Orchestra, including concerts in Berlin and Lisboa as well as at the Salzburg Festival, Paris and New York s Car ne gie Hall. Several TV-recordings have been made of her playing, among them a televised portrait, harp recitals. In 2000 her evening of harp recital was recorded by tv2. During the Budapest Spring Festival 2003 she gave an orchestral concert, conducted by Zoltán Kocsis, then in 2004 she appeared in a concert entitled Chamber Music with Harp with David Grimal, András Adorján and Miklós Perényi at the Music Academy, this being the closing event of a festival to celebrate Hungary s accession to the EU. In 2005, in the Winter Festive Evenings, she performed with Ilona Tokody and Éva Marton in the Pala ce of Arts and the Great Hall of the Liszt Academy. In 2006 she played Mozart s Concerto for Flute and Harp with Béla Drahos and the Symphonic Orchestra of the Hungarian Radio, conducted by Tamás Vásáry. Ms Vigh is the founder and artistic leader of the Gödöllõ International Harp Festival, launched in 1999. She is a jury member of the Wales, Arles, Belgrade, Szeged and Gödöllõ harp competitions. In 2008 she gave a concert in Hofburg in Vienna, and in 2010 she participated in a very successful tour in Japan. In 2012 she gave a solo recital in Brussels and held a master class at the Brussels Academy of Music.

Számos tv-felvétel örökítette meg játékát, köztük portréfilm, hárfabemutató. 2006-ban DVD-felvételt készített (Hungaroton) Mozart fuvola-hárfaversenyébõl Drahos Béla fuvolamûvésszel és a Magyar Rádió Szimfonikus Zenekarával. A walesi, a gödöllõi, az arles-i, a belgrádi, a szegedi nemzetközi hárfaverseny zsûrijének tagja. 2008-ban a bécsi Hofburgban, 2009-ben a Mûvészetek Palotájában tartott koncertet. 2010- ben japán turnén vett részt Onczay Csaba gordonkamûvésszel. 2012-ben Brüsszelben adott szólóestet, és mesterkurzust tartott a Brüsszeli Zeneakadémián. Vigh Andrea 2002-ben habili - tált, 2009-ben Doctor of Liberal Arts tudományos fokozatot szerzett summa cum laude minõsítéssel. Mûvészeink és fesztiválunk legfõbb célja: a mai rohanó, zajos világ ban békét, megnyugvást, katartikus élményt adni, melyet egy éle ten át magunkkal vihetünk lelkünk legrejtettebb zugaiban. 6 October 2013 7 p.m. in the Royal Palace of Gödöllõ Nikolaz Cadoret Concert of Celtic-harp Born in Brittany, Nikolaz Cadoret is a musician with a multiple identity: he started studying the Celtic Harp with renowned harpists Dominig Bouchaud, Katrien Delavier and Janet Harbison but is also a gradu ate in Pedal Harp from the Zürich Musik Hochschule and studied with prof. Evelyne Gaspart, Catherine Michel and Xavier de Maistre. Prize winner of several prestigious international competitions (Reinl Stiftung, Bloomington etc.), he worked as solo harpist over Europe, held the solo harp position at the Komische Oper Berlin, and collaborated with world class orchestras such as Berliner Philharmoniker, Toronto Symphony Orchestra or Opernhaus Zürich. He simultaneously works on improvisation and trans-arts projects with Collectif Polop, and also with the flute player Jérémie Mignotte in Meteoros. With his electric harp duet Duo Descofar (with Alice Soria-Cadoret) he renews the celtic harp repertoire in the show Finis Terrae. Since January 2013 he has been teaching the harp at the Brest Con servatoire (Brittany). He offers a music at a crossing of his inspirations: a deeply Celtic rooted playing, coloured by all those encounters in the other musical fields, from classical music to improvisation, without restraint. (vasárnap), 19 óra Gödöllõi Királyi Kastély Finis Terrae című szólóestjének műsora: Bretagne, Írország, Skócia és a világ más tájainak tradíciói Nikolaz Cadoret kelta hagyományokban gyökerező muzsikáját más zenei hagyo - mányokkal való találkozások élményei színesítik, a klasszikusoktól a kísérleti improvizációig. A hangszerével folytatott meghitt beszélgetésen keresztül hidakat próbál építeni a különböző nyelvek és kultúrák közé határok nélkül. Finis Terrae (Solo programme): Living traditions from Brittany, Ireland, Scotland and beyond... Rooted in musical traditions of Celtic countries, the music of Nikolaz Cadoret is coloured by all his encounters and walk - abouts in the other musical fields, from classical to experimental improvisation. Through an intimate conversation with his instrument, he attempts to build bridges between those worlds and languages, with no restraint. Nikolaz Cadoret Bretagne-ban született. Mindeközben együtt dolgozik a Collectif Poloppal improvizációs projekteken, illetve a fuvolamûvész Jérémie Mignotte-tel a Meteoros duóban. Elektronikus hárfaduójával, a Duo Descofarral (társa Alice Soria-Cadoret) Finis Terrae címû mûsorukban megújítják a kelta hárfarepertoárt. 2013 óta tanít hárfát a Bresti Konzer - vatóriumban (Bretagne). Nikolaz Cadoret játékában meghatározóak a kelta gyökerek, ugyanakkor színesítik azt a zeneirodalom egyéb területein szerzett élmények, a klasszikusoktól egészen az improvizációig szabadon, minden kötöttség nélkül.

Itthon és külföldön szólistaként szerepelt a Rádiózenekar, a Liszt Ferenc Kamarazenekar, a Concentus Hungaricus, a Budapesti Vonósok, a Tátrai Kamarazenekar és az Erkel Kamarazenekar kíséretével. Hidas Frigyes Hárfa ver - senyét, Láng István Kettõsverseny klarinétra és hárfára címû mûvét Maros Évának ajánlotta. Utóbbiból lemezfelvétel is készült Kovács Bélával és a Rádiózenekarral, Lehel György vezényletével. Rendszeresen lép fel Geiger György trombitamûvésszel Magyarországon és külföldön egyaránt. Nekik írt darabot Ránki György, Hidas Frigyes, Maros Miklós, Rózsa Pál. Mûsorukat a Hungaroton Classic CD-n is megjelentette. Új magyar mûvek bemutatásáért Nívó-díjat kapott. 1995-ben Maros Évát Liszt-díjjal tüntették ki.. Éva Maros has been a solo harpist of the Hungarian Radio and Television Symphonic Orchestra since 1974. She began her harp studies at the Conservatory in Budapest with Henrik Rohmann and then continued with Hédy Lubik at the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music. She studied chamber music from György Kurtág and András Mihály. She has appeared as a soloist in Hungary and abroad with numerous orchestras, such as the Radio Symphonic Orchestra, the Ferenc Liszt Chamber Orchestra, Concentus Hungaricus, the Budapest Strings, the Tátrai Chamber Orchestra and the Erkel Chamber Orchestra. Frigyes Hidas dedicated his Harp Concerto to Eva Maros, and so did István Láng, who dedicated his Harp-Clarinet double concerto to her. Among her recordings are pieces from the repertoire of the solo harp, chamber music and concertos with the Radio Symphonic Orchestra. She regularly gives concerts with the trumpet artist György Geiger. Many contemporary Hungarian composers have written pieces for them, such as György Ránki, Frigyes Hidas, Miklós Maros, Pál Rózsa. Their programme was released on CD by Hungaroton Classic. In 1995 Éva Maros was awarded the Liszt Prize.

10 October 2013 7 p.m. in the Royal Palace of Gödöllõ Marielle Nordmann Many excellent performers can make music. Some can even make their instrument sing. But only a few use it to speak and say things that matter. Marielle Nordmann is one of these. When she was 10 she met the legendary harpist Lily Laskine, a meeting that was to determine her choice of instrument and career. She is recognised and admired as a soloist throughout the world, and plays with the greatest performers: Baschmet, Duchable, Fontanarosa, Pahud, and has been the privileged partner of Laskine and Rampal. Inspired to learn the harp at the age of five she studied with Elinor Bennett for eight years before entering the Purcell School. Catrin graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in 2002 where she studied with Skaila Kanga and received the Queen s Award for the most outstanding student of her year. In 1999, she won first prize at the Lily Laskine International Harp Competition in France. On winning the Young Concert Artists International Auditions in New York, Catrin went on to play in over thirty states in the USA, including recitals and concerto debuts in New York, Boston and Washington D.C. Catrin is the former Royal Harpist to H.R.H. the Prince of Wales. She has appeared with many of the world s top orchestras including the New York Philharmonic, the Philharmonia, the Academy of St-Martin-in-the-Fields at the Barbican s Mostly Mozart Festival, and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Catrin also made her debut at the Salzburg Festival in June 2006. 2009 saw Catrin s recording of J. S.
