Conference Proceeding Publication in the conference book of IDK2016 is only available for applicants meeting the following criteria: The author or a co-author gave the presentation/poster-presentation on the work covered by the paper. The manuscript will not be published in the conference book if the work was not presented orally at the conference. A participant can be the first author of only one manuscript. Naturally, he may co-author more than one other manuscripts. The author should organize the review of the manuscript prior to submission only those articles will be published that had been reviewed prior to submission. The reviewer should hold at least a doctoral degree (PhD or DLA) and he can neither be the member of the same research group as the author nor his supervisor. The reviewer has to complete a reviewing form, attached to this letter, that should also be submitted along the reviewed manuscript. If the reviewer agrees to it, his name will be listed at the end of the publication in the conference book. If he does not agree to his name appearing in print, the manuscript will not be published. Cover page Includes title, full name of authors, and name and city of their institution Title of the manuscript should be edited according to the following: font: Times New Roman, size: 14, bold; text placement to the center. Name and institution of the authors should be listed after one another by Times New Roman font, size 12, with text placement to the center. III. Abstract Abstract can be submitted in English, German or Hungarian. Maximum characters (no spaces) is 3000. Text should be edited by Times New Roman font, size 12, single line spacing, justified. Minimum of 3, maximum of 7 keywords should be indicated, with italic letters. IV. General guidelines Maximum characters of the manuscript (no spaces) is 40.000, not including the abstract, figures, tables and any text in connection to them. Text should be edited according to the following: Times New Roman font, size 12, single line spacing, justified alignment, sheet size: A/4. Margins: bottom: 2,5 cm, top: 2,5 cm, outside: 2 cm, inside: 3,5 cm.
Chapters should be indicated by roman numerals, using Times New Roman font, size 13, bold letters. Font of subsection titles should be size 12, using arabic numerals. Pictures, tables and figures can be in colour or black-and-white. V. References Please do not list any other scientific references than those mentioned in the text. Date of downloading should be indicated by online references. The reference system varies among disciplines, so please find the one applicable for your manuscript. 1.
