The goal of this syllabus is to help you through the registration process of the Hungarian tertiar education system. Registration on the web-page To have a valid application first you have to register on the webpage www.felvi.hu (please click on the link). Right now you are on the webpage where you must create a Profile for your application. 1. Please click on the regisztráció button. (regisztráció means registration) 2. At the next page you must fill out the following data.

Felhasználónév: (User name) Please enter a User name that you would like to use to enter the felvi.hu webpage E-mail: Type a valid e-mail adress. You will receive further information to this e-mail adress from felvi.hu. Jelszó (Password): Type your password that fulfills the following critera (min. 8 characters, contains minimum 1 number, letter, capital letter from each. Jelszó újra: Retype your password Érdeklődés (Interest): Click on your field of interest from the following. (Felvételi Application, Hallgatói élet Student life, Felsőoktatási kutatások, elemzések Research and analysis of Higher Education, Diplomán túli lehetőségek Postgradaute Opportunities) This field is optional. Activating web-site registration After registration you will receive the following message from the webpage. Sikeres regisztráció means successful registration. Now you can enter your personal page with the User name (1. felhasználónév) and Password (2.*****) you have chosen. Click on the Belépek button (3.) Congratulations! Now you entered you personal page. Please click on Én felvim button on the left side of the screen to proceed to the next page where you can enter to the e-registration interface.

Now you must see the next page. Please click on Tovább az e-felvételire button on the left side of the screen. (Proceeding to the e-registration surface)

Activating application Now you must see the page below. Please click on the Belépés (Enter button) On the next page you can read the Legal Terms of Registration to the Hungarian Tertiary Education. Please scroll down to to the end of the page and find box shown below on the left side. To proceed please tick on the Elfogadom a feltételeket on click on the Regisztráció button. (With this you accept the terms and conditions to apply) After that you must receive the following message on the next page. Congratulations! Your application is now active. The page is requesting you your Security Number. After the accepting the terms and conditions you received an email to your e-mail account which includes your Security Number of your application and your Application Identity Number. Here as example message which shows you where to find the Security Number and the Application Identity Number.

Selecting programs Now proceed to the next page by clicking on Jelentkezés felvétele - Register new application On this page select Új jelentkezés felvétele - Register new application to select the Universities and programs you would like to choose. At the bottom of the page choose the University you would like to apply to. Click on the Tovább button to proceed. Now click on the faculty you would like to apply. Uploading documents Now you must upload the required documents.
