Cluster-relevant researches Various international, national and regional primary researches to boost efficiency of: - Cluster Facilitators - Cluster companies
Evaluation of National Program 2006-2006 GVOP 1.1.3 alintézkedés értékelése
Observations 24 beneficiaries Average of 16 m Ft subsidy Applicants are typically non-profit organizations Dominance of Central and Western Hungary
Overall conclusions No econometric analysis could have been elaborated to prove the success of clustering The success of the CI depends on the quality and commitment of the Facilitator, or Facilitator organization Those CI are more successful, which are build on formal group of companies irrespective of state subsidy Unfortunately many of the Cluster Organizations serve purely as income-beneficiary of the subsidies Clustering is important, but not in terms of quantity. National number should not exceed 20-30.
