Headings in this document are for ease of reference only and do not form part of these Supplementary Regulations. ARTICLE 1 ORGANISATION The Hungarian Championship, the CEE Rotax Max Challenge series, the CEZ Zone series and its event s shall be run in accordance with the Hungarian Sporting Regulations of 2017, the Hungarian Championship Technical Regulations of 2017, and these Supplementary Regulations, Rotax-Mojo Max Challenge Technical Regulation 2017 and its appendices, Rotax-Mojo Sporting Regulations 2017 and its appendices. For having the chance of winning the CEE series and therefore qualify her/himself to the Rotax Mojo Grand Finals, all entered Entrants and Drivers shall be holders of International Licences issued by CIK-FIA members ASN s and valid visa, as for the Rotax Max Junior, Rotax Max Senior, Rotax DD2 and DD2 Masters categories concerns. Maximális hengerűrtartalom 125 ccm 4) Reed-valve box (dimensions and drawing) according to the Homologation Form. Reed-valve box cover: free. 5 5) Carburettor made of aluminium, with a venturi type diffuser with a maximum diameter of 30 mm round. For the CIK-FIA Championships, Cups and Trophies, the carburettor must be the Dell Orto VHSH 30 designated following an invitation to tender. The carburettor must remain strictly original. The only settings allowed may be made to: the slide, the needle, the floaters, the float chamber, the needle shaft (spray), the jets and the needle kit, subject to all the interchanged parts being of Dell Orto origine. The incorporated petrol filter and the plate (part No. 28 on the technical drawing No. 7 appended) may be removed; if they are kept, they must be original. A beépített üzemanyagszűrő eltávolítható de ha marad, akkor csak az eredeti maradhat. 6) Gearbox: homologated by the CIK-FIA (including the primary torque). Minimum 3 and maximum 6 ratios. Check of the ratios using a graduated disc with a minimum diameter of 200 mm or a digital coder; the degree decimals given on the Homologation Form must be mentioned in tenths of degrees and not in minutes. For the homologation of the gearbox, the Manufacturer(s) and the model and type must appear on the Homologation Form. In KZ2: hand-operated and exclusively mechanical gearbox control without a servo system. Any system of ignition cutting is forbidden. Kézi működtetésű és kizárólag mechanikus kapcsolóelemekből álló váltómechanizmus engedélyezett, szervorásegítő nélkül. Mindennemű gyújtásmegszakítás tilos. 8) * Total exhaust opening angle of 199 maximum, irrespective of the value indicated on the homologation form (to be read with a graduated circle of a minimum diameter of 200 mm or with a digital device). Teljes kipufogónyitás 199 foknál maximum, függelenül a homológizációs lapon megadott értékektől. A mérés legalább 200 mm átmérőjű fokbeosztású tárcsával,vagy digitális eszközzel történhet. 10) Volume of the combustion chamber: 11 cc minimum. The volume of the chamber is measured with a class A laboratory burette graduated in tenths of cubic centimetres. The mixture used for this check will be composed of unleaded petrol and 2-stroke oil, mixed in a ratio of 1 to 1. The chamber will be filled in accordance with the method described in Appendix No. 1a. Robbanótér térfogata minimum 11 ccm. The body of the spark plug (electrodes not included), tightened on the cylinder head, must not extend beyond the upper part of the dome of the combustion chamber. A gyújtógyertya szabadon választható, de eredeti gyárinak kell lennie. Az elektródát kivéve a gyertya teste nem lóghat be az égéstérbe. 12) Dimensions of the threaded spark-plug housing- length: 18.5 mm; pitch: M 14 x A gyújtógyertya menetes szárának mérete 18.5 mm, a menet pedig 14X ) Identifications: machined flat spaces of 30 mm x 20 mm for the attachment of the specified identification stickers : - at the front of the cylinder, - on the upper part of the reed box housing for the half sumps. Egyedi aonosító: síkba mart felület 30 x 20 mm a jelölő matrica számára: - a henger első felén - a membránház felső részén, az egyik blokfélen. 14) It is allowed to add a mass to the ignition rotor; it shall be fixed by at least 2 screws, without any modification to the homologated rotor. Engedélyezett a gyújtáshoz plusz testkábel kiépítése, feltéve, hogy az eredeti gyújtást nem módosítják. A testkábel rögzítése legalább 2 csavarral történjen. 15) Exhaust: homologated and the magnetic steel sheet metal thickness of which must be 0.75 mm minimum. Kipufogó: homológ kipufogódob ( rezonátor) engedélyezett, mágnesezhető acélból, legalább 0,75 mm anyagvastagsággal. Hangtompító dob szabadon választható. 16) Tyres: 5. - KZ2: homologated medium type. Gumihasználat: SLICK: VEGA XM CIK Z Prime, vagy MG FZ Sárga - 1 garnitúra / verseny (egy hétvégén a két futam egy versenynek számít a gumifelhasználás szempontjából) + 1 db ( első vagy hátsó) Gumidepó használata kötelező. WET: szabadon választható Az esős gumik darab száma nem korlátozott. 17) Minimum weight: Minimum súly: 175 kg versenyzővel együtt Speciális kiegészítés a magyar OB.-re: Lejárt homológizációjú váz és motor is engedélyezett (REGISZTRÁLT) ha egyébként valaha homológ volt és az aktuális szabályoknak megfelel. If you missed the Closing date, you can make your Entry at the sceene on Friday from 8.00 til o clock, Saturday from 8.00 till o clock by paying 50 euro late adminstration fee, Saturday after o clock the Entry can be made by paying 80,00 euro late administration fee! The presence of all concerned Entrants and Drivers is mandatory. Honorific prize to the first 3 finishers in the Final s Final s The awards and the number of awarded is determined by the organizer in the Sporting regulations. The basic principle is that the first 3 drivers achieving the most points on three races will get a cup per categories. All drivers taking part in MicroMax and MiniMax races will be awarded a medal. It is mandatory for the awarded drivers to appear in race clothing at the podium ceremony. Exemption from this can only be given by the organizer. Cash penalty will be imposed on drivers violating this rule. The penalty shall be min. the half of the entry fee of the race per occasions. Mr. Péter HUSZAR Parc Ferme Officer : Mr. Miklos SZENTESI 4.10 Paddock Officer T.B.A. ARTICLE - 5 INSURANCES Insurance is the Entrant s/driver s duty, to cover and pay in his/her Country of the date of the issurance of the Start Permission of the local ASN. ARTICLE - 6 PROTEST AND APPEALS Amount of the Protest fee set by the Hungarian Gokart Association (MGSZ): according to the MGSZ (Hungarian Gokart Association) list of fees 8

9 Amount of the Appeal fee set by the Hungarian Gokart Association (MGSZ): according to the MGSZ (Hungarian Gokart Association) list of fees Only the entrant or his representative authorized in writing has the right to make a protest. Every protest must be submitted in writing with the simultaneous payment of the protest fee. The protest shall be handed over to the race Secretary. Protest must be presented within 30 minutes after the posting of the provisional result of the concerned race. The written proxy and the copy of the entrant s licence shall be attached to the protest. Without them the protest is invalid. There is no possibility to make protest against timing. The protest fees are contained in the MGSZ Table of fees. The fee of the accepted protest shall be repaid to the protesting party. The fee of refused protest is due to the organizer. The Supervisory Body of the event is eligible to make decision about the protest submitted. The protest shall be investigated immediately. If possible the parties concerned by the protest should be listened to together with their possible witnesses. An Entrant has the possibility to hand over the video made by him or his driver to the Board of the Stewards and the Stewards may use this video in the decision of the protest. The absence of the concerned party or of his witness cannot prevent the Supervisory Body from making the decision. Protests which cannot be decided on site, or in case of appeal the result of the concerned race cannot be announced. The Supervisory Body of the event will suspend the result of the concerned race(s) until the end of the procedure and determines the further actions. This (decisions) shall be published in a resolution. ARTICLE - 7 ORGANISER S SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS 7.1 Tires Dry: MicroMax: Mojo C2, Juniors and MiniMax: Mojo D2, Max Seniors and Max Masters: Mojo D3, DD2, DD2 Masters: Mojo D3 from Parc Ferme, pre paid to the organizer by Bank transfer together with the Entry fee! Tires Wet: All CEE, CEZ Zone classes Mojo W3, drivers need to take the wet W3 tires in sufficient amount. 7.3 Petrol Petrol is supplied from the nearest MOL Petrol Station and is Compulsory to use. The exact Petrol Station is Vágóhíd utca 2 Sárvár, 9600 MOL Fuel 95 octane, that can only be used! Only the XPS Kart Tec Synmax Full Synth. 2T oil can be used in our events! 10 7.4 Countries where Entries can be made: DRIVERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD! 8. POINT DROP SYSTEM To avoid from misunderstandings, hereby we'd like to clear the way of how we do the drops of the points after the 8th round of the Hungarian Open Championship. Everyone will drop two of the worst Prefinals, two of the worst Finals and two of the worst Super Finals of his/her 8 Prefinals, 8 Finals and 8 Super Finals. Means, one must not drop a complete weekend if let say he/she has made a bad Prefinal but a great Final or Super Final (i.e.: 19 points in the Prefinal and 55 points in the Final or Vica-Versa) but any of the 8 Prefinals, any of the 8 Finals, and any of the 8 Super Finals. Of course, if one participated on 6 events (means 6 weekends) will not drop any points, all point counts for him/her, but drivers have to attend on the two last weekends, these cannot be dropped if someone will not race at these two last events. Only if a proven illness occurred! 10
