The situation of the mass production of pure blood fatty pigs: It is a subsidiary activity for small businesess, in big scale do not function. It is more rural development, agro turistic activity, than pig production The small farms can be very good for the genetic conservation, but the market do not need lot of fat, the market need intramuscular meat, for this reason they have problems in the pure blood fatty pig production. The diary growing is aprox. 250 grams, using more than 2,5 kgs of feed, producing 6-8 piglets by one sow yearly, this is the most expensive pig in the world.
