BKI 05 ATEX 045 X 3/7 (9) TARTALOM / SCHEDULE (10) MEGFELELŐSÉGI TANÚSÍTVÁNY / CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY EGYEDI ELLENŐRZÉS / UNIT VERIFICATION BKI 05 ATEX 045 X (11) A berendezés, vagy védelmi rendszer leírása / Description of Equipment or protective system A ventilátor egyoldalról szívó tengelykapcsolós hajtású, radiális átömlésű járókerékkel felszerelt, ventilátorházas szerkezetű légszállító gép. Alkalmas: robbanásveszélyes közeg szállítására t max = 353 K (80 C) hőmérsékletig. A ventilátor zárt, illetve szabad környezetbe telepíthető: t körny = 253-313 K (-20 - +40 C) hőmérséklet tartományban. Külön gépházban történő telepítés esetén a helyiség üzemidő alatti állandó szellőztetéséről gondoskodni kell. A ventilátor villamos vezérlését, reteszelését, illetve a gép hő elleni védelmét, a csapágyak hőmérséklet ellenőrzésének módszerét, a telepítést végző tervezőnek kell megoldani. A ventilátor a csatlakozó szívó-nyomócsővezeték tömegével és dilatációs terheléssel nem terhelhető, a vezetéket a gép közelében kell alátámasztani, függeszteni kell. A csővezetékek és a gép közé rezgéscsillapító elemeket kell építeni a szállított gázt át nem eresztő, nyomást (depressziót) elviselő, sztatikusan vezetőképes anyagból és kivitelben, melynek levezetési ellenállása kisebb, mint 10 6 Ω. A ventilátor EPH pontjait be kell kötni a megfelelő szívó-nyomó oldali csővezeték EPH rendszerébe és a gyári EPH rendszerbe. A ventilátor radiális járókerekét a ventilátorház foglalja magába. A ház a csapágy- és motortartóbakkal egy közös alapkeretre van szerelve csavarkötéssel. A hajtás gördülőcsapágyazású, rugalmas tengelykapcsolóval szerelve a meghajtó villamosmotorral. A ventilátorház osztatlan kivitelű, szívóoldal felől a szívócsonk és peremének leszerelésével biztosítható a járókerék házba építése. A járókerékagy házon való átvezetésénél réselzáró labirint tömítő szerkezet van beépítve. A ventilátorház a csapágy- és motortartóbaktól különálló. A ventilátor házba benyúló tengelyvégre van felszerelve reteszkötéssel a ventilátor járókereke. A ventilátorház palástján tisztítóajtó nyert elhelyezést. A ventilátor tengelynek a csapágyházak közötti szakaszát, valamint a tengelykapcsolót védőburkolat takarja. Az alapkeret alsósíkja alá rezgésszigetelő rugók (SR) lettek beépítve. A szállítandó közeggel érintkező alkatrészek jól hegeszthető szénacéllemezből hegesztett szerkezetek. A járókerék NATRAX-70 minőségű acéllemezből készült. Egyéb alkatrészek ötvözetlen acél anyagból készültek (S235JRG2; S355JO). A járókerék a vízszintes tengelyelrendezésű, két álló, talpas csapágyazású hajtás ventilátorházba nyúló tengelycsonkjára van felszerelve. A csapágyazások beálló csapágyakkal, öv. anyagú csapágyházakkal, zsírkenésekkel vannak ellátva. A megfogott, ún. fix csapágy a ventilátorház melletti. A csapágyak kenése, utánkenése (zsírzása) a csapágyházakon elhelyezkedő zsírzó gombokon keresztül biztosított. A hajtás tengelyét annak behajtó oldalán -, DITEK-65-E típusjelzésű rugalmas, körmös tengelykapcsoló kapcsolja össze a villamosmotor tengelyével. A szívókúp egy 20 mm széles vörösréz gyűrűvel végződik, mely belenyúlik a járókerék szívórészébe, ami forgás közben esetleges egymással való érintkezéskor megakadályozza a szikraképződést. A ventilátorház palástján kezelő, illetve ellenőrző ajtó nyert elhelyezést. A járókerék és agy két síkban dinamikusan kiegyensúlyozott. /
BKI 05 ATEX 045 X 4/7 It is a one-sided exhaust fan with coupling and radial impeller. It is suitable for: transporting of explosive medium up to t max = 353 K (80 C) temperature. The fan can be installed into closed, and open-air place: in temperatures between t env. = 253-313 K (-20 - +40 C). In case of installation into a separate power-room you have to ventilate the room constantly during the working hours. The electric control, blocking of the fan and the protection of the machine against the thermal as well as the method of bearings temperature control have to be solved by the designer, who makes the installation. Fan cannot be loaded with the mass of the connecting suction-and-force pipeline and with the dilatation loading. The lines must be supported near the fan, they must be hang. Vibration dampers must be taken between the pipelines and the fan. Material and construction of vibration dampers mustn t leak the transported gas, it must tolerate the pressure (depression), it has to be from static conductive material and in construction, and its leakage resistance must be less than 10 6 Ω. The EPH points of the fan must be connected into the EPH system of the right force-and-suction pipeline and into the EPH system of the factory. The radial impeller of the fan is inside of the fan case. The case is assemblied with bolting onto a common base frame together with the bearing and engine bracket. The driving is with rolling-contact bearing, and is assemblied with elastic coupling with the driving electric motor. The fan case is non-split, the impeller can be built into the case with the disassembly of the suction piece and its flange at the suction side. There is installed a crack-occlusive sealing at the conduction through the case of the impeller hub. The fan case is separated from the bearing- and engine bracket. The impeller of the fan is assemblied with clutch-join onto the axle head penetrating to the fan case. There is a cleanout door on the mantle of the fan case. There is guard on the part between the bearing house of the fan-axle and on the coupling. There are installed damper springs (SR) under the bottom-level of the base frame. The parts touching with the transported medium are welded constructions from carbon steel plate (good weldable). The impeller is made from steel quality NAXTRA-70. Other parts are made from unalloyed steel (S235JRG2; S355JO). The impeller is assemblied onto the axle stub (penetrating into the fan case) of the driving (horizontal axle, two standing, socketed bearing). The bearings are supplied with sliding bearings, bearing housing from alloyed material and with grease lubrication. The fixed bearing is next to the fan case. The lubrication, re-lubrication (grease) is assured by the lubricating nipples on the bearing housings. The axle of the driving on its input side -, is connected to the axle of the electric motor by a flexible, jaw coupling type DITEK-65-E. The inlet cone is ended by a copper ring of 20 mm which is penetrated into the suction part of the impeller which inhibits the occurrence of sparks at touching together during rotating. There is a handling and inspecting door on the mantle of the fan case. The impeller and the hub are dynamic balanced in two level. Azonban nem alkalmazható olyan környezetben annak ellenére, hogy a villamos motor nincs közvetlenül az elszívó levegőáramba beépítve ahol az elszívott levegő szilárd elemi részeket tartalmazhat, valamint nem alkalmazható azokban a környezetekben, ahol az elszívott levegő olyan anyagokat tartalmaz, amelyek a ventilátor, illetve a légcsatorna belsejében kondenzálódhatnak, vagy lerakódhatnak (pl. nem alkalmazható festékszóró kamrákban közvetlen levegő elszívásra). / The HV (0,8k) G-90 VF/2960 TB-270 type fan according to the EN 13463-1:2001standard can be qualified as a one protected against the occurrence of friction and impact sparks to an increased extent. However, it shall not be applied in atmospheres notwithstanding that the electromotor is not incorporated directly into the exhausting air flow where the exhausted air can contain solid elemental parts, and cannot be applied in areas where the exhausted air contains materials, which can condense or deposit inside the fan resp. the air duct (e.g. it cannot be applied for direct air exhaustion in paint-spraying cabinets). Az alkalmazás során a gépkönyv üzembehelyezésre, kezelésre és karbantartásra vonatkozó előírásait szigorúan be kell tartani. / During installation the fans shall be connected to equipotential with the pipelines as well as the supporting frame, the base frame and the counter base frame and connected to the EPH system of the place of installation. When installing the electrical parts the provisions of the MSZ EN 60079-14:2003 standard shall be observed. During application, the provisions of the manual concerning installation, operation and maintenance shall be strictly observed. Frekvenciaszabályozóról üzemeltetett villamos motorral történő hajtás esetén a ventilátor fordulatszáma a 2900 1/n fordulatszámot nem lépheti túl. A villamos motor párhuzamos védelmét az MSZ EN 60079-14:2003 szabvány vonatkozó előírásai szerint (PTC hőmérsékletérzékelők közvetlen bekötése az illesztett kikapcsoló készülékhez) ki kell építeni. / In case of drive by electromotor operated from frequency controller, the revolution number of the fan shall not exceed 2900 1/n. The parallel protection of the electromotor shall be constructed according to the applicable provisions of standard MSZ EN 60079-14:2003 (Direct connection of the PTC temperature sensors to the joining switch-off device).
