Old Lake Golf Club, Tata A verseny rendezője: Szabályok: Magyar Golf Szövetség A verseny az R & A Rules Limited szabályai, a Magyar Golf Szövetség Versenyszabályzata, valamint az Old Lake Golf Club a verseny idejére érvényes helyi szabályainak megfelelően kerül megrendezésre. A verseny ideje: 2018. június 1-2-3. A verseny helyszíne: Old Lake Golf Club, 2890. Tata, Remeteségpuszta Nevezési határidő: 2018. május 28. Nevezési díj: 35.000 HUF A nevezési díj a Magyar Golf Szövetség számlájára fizetendő. (OTP Bank: 11794008-20511052-00000000) Amennyiben valaki az első játéknapon kiesik, úgy 10 000 HUF levonása után, a fennmaradó összeget visszatérítjük. A nevezési díj tartalmazza: - green fee-t a versenynapokon és a gyakorló napon (5 green fee) - a versenyszervezés- és a nevezési díjat -az induló csomagokat, ásványvizet - vasárnap a gálavacsorán vagy ebéden (később kerül meghatározásra) való részvételt Nevezés módja: Nevezni egyénileg a hungolf.hu oldalon a Versenyek menüpont / Szövetségi versenyek / Match Play bajnokság / Nevezés gombra kattintva: az itt megjelenő nevezési lap kitöltésével. Az első napi startlistát a verseny napja előtt (május 31-én) déli 12.00-tól tesszük közzé. Holtverseny: Játék tempója: Score-kártya leadása: Az MGSZ Versenyszabályzatának 23-es pontja szerint az alábbi kiegészítéssel: együttállás esetén, a 18. szakasz befejeztével a játékot mindaddig tovább kell folytatni az előírt kör szakaszainak újrajátszásával - az ott meghatározott sorrendben -, amíg a matchplayt valamelyik fél meg nem nyeri. A Versenyszabályzat 15. pontja alapján. A score-kártyát a játék befejezését követően a lehető legrövidebb időn belül az erre kijelölt helyen (scoring area) a versenyző és markere által aláírva kell leadni. Amennyiben a játékos a score-kártyát leadta és a kijelölt helyet elhagyta, úgy módosításra, javításra a továbbiakban nincs lehetősége. 2

Résztvevők: Játékra jogosult minden magyar és külföldi amatőr golfozó, akinek klubja tagja országa amatőr golf szövetségének, és rendelkezik szövetségi kártyával. A stroke play versenyben max. 104 fő indulhat. Túljelentkezés esetén a legjobb EHCP-vel rendelkező 104 jelentkező nyer jogot a stroke játékra. (A várólista az EHCP-hez igazodik). A match play versenyben 72 játékos vehet részt, akik az első napon játszott ütésszám alapján szereznek játékjogot a match play versenyre. Női játékosok 16 főig előnyt élveznek a match play táblák kialakítása során, ekkor elképzelhető, hogy a listán a legjobb 72-ben szereplő férfi játékos mégsem kerül be a match play körbe. Ha a rangsor végén nem alakítható ki teljes nyolcas tábla kategóriánként, akkor vagy kiemeléses nyolcas tábla kerül kialakításra, vagy négyes tábla. Ha egy játékos valamelyik match play körben nem jelenik meg az elütőn (Tee off) akkor további körben nem játszat és ranglista pontot sem kap. Eredményhirdetés: 2018. június 3-án, az összes score-kártya beérkezte és feldolgozása után. A verseny részletei: Gyakorlónap (csütörtök) 2018. május 31. telefonos Tee-time foglalás szükséges. 1. versenynap (péntek) HCP szerinti indulásban stroke play versenyre kerül sor 1 x 18 lyukon. Cél: az erősorrend kialakítása. 2. versenynap (szombat): Match Play 2x 18 lyukon 3. versenynap (vasárnap): Match Play 18 lyukon, A versenyen a 72 legjobb stroke eredményt elérő játékos jogot szerez a 2. és 3. napi versenyen indulásra. Az elért eredmények alapján a játékosok 8 fős csoportokba kerülnek. A 2. és a 3. napon e csoportokon belül, összesen 3 match play játékkal döntik el a 8 fős csoporton belüli helyezést. Az első napi elért eredmények alapján kategóriánként lesz kialakítva az erősorrend. Az első napi eredmények alapján tehát kategóriánként - az 1-8. helyezett játszik majd az 1-8. helyért, a 9-16. helyezett a 9-16. helyért... stb. 3

ENGLISH CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION T-SYSTEMS - HUNGARIAN AMATEUR OPEN MATCH PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP 1-3 June 2018. Old Lake Golf Club, Tata - http://oldlakegolf.com/ Organizer: Rules: Hungarian Golf Federation The Championship will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf approved by R&A Rules Limited, the General Terms and Conditions of Competition and the Conditions of Ranking List Tournaments of the Hungarian Golf Federation, and in accordance with the Local Rules of the Old Lake Golf Club as approved by the Championship Committee. Date: 1-3 June 2018 Venue: Old Lake Golf Club, Tata Registration closes: 28 th May 2018 (Note: late entries will not be accepted.) Entry fee: EUR 120 The entry fee needs to be payed to the account of the Hungarian Golf Association. (OTP Bank, IBAN: HU33 1176 3945 0105 8886 0000 0000, SWIFT: OTPVHUHB.) Decision of Tie: According to the Point 23 of the General Term and Conditions of Competitions of HGF with the following amendment: In case of a tie after 18 holes, the competitors will continue the match from the 1st tee and play until one side wins a hole and the match. 6

Pace of Play: According to the Point 15 of General Terms and Conditions of Competitions of HGF. Score Cards: After completion of the round, the competitor must return the score card to the Committee as soon as possible at the Scoring Area. Players must ensure that the score card is sign by himself/herself and by his/her marker before it is returned. No alteration may be made on a score card after the competitor has returned it to the Committee. Eligibility (Field Restrictions): All Hungarian and foreign amateur male of female golfers who possess an official card issued by and whose club is an affiliated member of their respective national federation. The field size of the qualification round is at the maximum 104 players total. The Committee will hold a handicap ballot if the number of entries exceeds class limits and will prefer competitors with lower HCPs. After the first round of stroke play the best 16 ladies and 64 men will qualify for the Match Play. Ties will be decided according to the General Conditions of Competitions of HGF. In case of no show on any rounds of Match Play, the player is not allowed to continue the competition, and no ranking point can be earned. Award Ceremony: 3 rd of June 2018 - once the event declared completed all score cards have been returned and data are processed. Program: Practice Day (Thursday) Competition Day 1 (Fri): 31 st May 2018, Tee time reservation is necessary. Only those players are allowed to play the practice round who paid the entry fee in advance and his/her name listed on the start list. Stroke play with continous start on 1x18 holes in order to determine the draw for the Match Play. Best 16 ladies and 64 men based on the results will qualify to the Match Play rounds. Players will be divided into groups of 8 according to their stroke play round result. The places in the groups of 8 will be decided by 3 match play rounds. Players in the first group will play for the 1-8 places, players in the second group will play for the 9-16 places etc. Competition Day 2 (Sat): Match Play 2x 18 holes Competition Day 3 (Sun): Match Play 2 x 18 holes 7
