KÖVETKEZTETÉSEK. A természeti csapások gyakorisága lehet, hogy nem nő, de az érzékenység és a károk is feltétlenül.. Sikeres technikai védekezés: alacsony és közepes intenzitású gyakoribb eseményeknél sikeres lehet, nagy intenzitású ritkáknál nem, vagy kevésbé.. A hagyományos közösségi megtartó hálózatok helyett/mellett felértékelődnek az egyéni és általánosabb kockázatkezelési technikák.. A traumakezelés egyéni és közösségi formái egyre intenzívebben hathatnak egymásra s ezek tanulhatóak. 5. Leggyakrabban és leginkább drámaian a természeti csapások is szegény [anyagilag és kulturálisan korlátozott erőforrásokkal rendelkező] csoportokat sújtanak. Ezek NEMCSAK SEBEZHETŐEK, HANEM IGEN TÖRÉKENYEK IS. Ezért társadalmi rehabilitációjukhoz különleges állami akciók is szükségesek.
