Additional information can be foundonourschoolwebsite.itisimportantthatyourchildwearstheir correct summer school uniformfortheclass photographs. All payments this year will be by cash or cheque. It is important that your child brings in the payment envelope on the day of the photographs and hands it to their class teacher. No cash or cheque payments will be accepted prior to, or after, the photograph day. Change will not be given on the day so it is important to have the correct money in the payment envelope. All students must have their own payment envelope even if payment is being made in a siblings envelope. Throughthefundraisingeffortsof2013weraised$46,636.ThiswasderivedfromsalesintheUniformShopand Canteen,ChocolateDrive,SchoolDiscoandTriviaNight. Asyouwillbeaware,thenewcoveredwalkwayswereinstalledovertheChristmasbreak.Thisisgreatforbothour children andteachers.thisproject wasinitiatedby previous P&Ccommitteesandthefunds havebeengenerated overseveralyearsincluding2013toreachthetargetof$83,000andallowtheprojecttobecompleted. Otherdonationstotheschooltotalled$23,526.AmajorcontributionwastoLearningSupportheadedbyMrsCarol Weatherdon.Thisisarolewhereallstudentsintheschoolgeteitherdirectorindirectbenefitandweareproudto continuetosupportthiskeyarea. Additional funding went to teacher resources, Kindy Easter Eggs, support for Crossroads Counselling Seminars, Year6FarewellGiftand$5,000tothebandtowardsthepurchaseofnewinstruments. TheCommitteewishtothankallthevolunteersintheUniformShop,theCanteen,theSchoolDisco,theTriviaNight, thebookclub,andthechocolatedrivefortheirpartingeneratingthisterrificresult.
