H argitafürdő 1250-1400 m magasan helyezkedik el a Csicsói Hargita keleti oldalán. Csíkszeredával a 23 km hosszú Hargita utca köti össze, amely egész Románia leghosszabb utcája. Hargitafürdő Csíkszeredához tartozó, hegyvidéki jellegű, helyi érdekű fürdő- és üdülőhely, a csíkiak kedvenc síparadicsoma. A síelésre alkalmas hó általában 4 hónapot tart. Télen a középhószínt meghaladja a 60 cm-t. Hargitafürdőt a kaolin-kitermelése tette ismertté, valamint a már régóta használt borvízforrásai és mofettája. Mindezek a Csicsói Hargita sűrű fenyveseinek szívében találhatók. Hargitafürdő mofettái, gőzlői és a Kárpátok peremvidékén igen gyakori vasas, magnéziumos, erősen szénsavas ásványvíz-források feltörése az erőteljes vulkáni utóműködésről tanúskodnak. Fontos szerepet játszik a falu turisztikai élete, mert számos lehetőséget nyújt pihenésre, gyógyulásra. Nyáron a mofetták csodatevő hatását élvezhetik a gyógyulni vágyók, télen pedig a téli sportok kedvelői számára nyújt kiváló kikapcsolódási lehetőségeket. Hargita lungă de 23 km, fiind strada cea mai lungă din România. Hargitafürdő (Harghita Băi) e o localitate turistico-balneară de interes local, aparţinând municipiului Csíkszereda (Miercurea Ciuc), paradisul de schi îndrăgit de ciucani. Zăpada bună pentru schiat de obicei durează 4 luni. În timp de iarnă nivelul mediu al zăpezii este peste 60 cm. Hargitafürdő (Harghita Băi) a devenit renumit datorită exploatării miniere de caolină, precum şi izvoarelor de apă minerală şi mofeta, folosite de mult. Toate acestea se găsesc în mijlocul pădurilor de brazi de pe masivul Csicsói Hargita (Harghita Ciceu). Mofetele şi emanaţiile gazoase, la fel şi erupţia apelor minerale feroase şi cu magneziu, puternic acidulate foarte frecvente în zona periferică a Carpaţilor dovedesc existenţa unei puternice activităţi vulcanice post-eruptive. Viaţa turistică a satului joacă un rol important, deoarece oferă mai multe posibilităţi pentru recreare şi vindecare. Cei care caută vindecare, pot beneficia de efectele mirifice ale mofetelor în timpul verii, iar în timpul iernii staţiunea oferă excelente posibilităţi de relaxare şi recreere pentru amatorii sporturilor de iarnă. H argitafürdő lies at an altitude of 1250-1400 m on the eastern side of the Csicsói Hargita Mountain. It is linked with Csíkszereda by the 23 km long, so-called Hargita Street, which is the longest street in the whole Rumania. Hargitafürdő is a mountain resort, bath and spa, of local interest, the favourite ski paradise of those living in the Csík region. The snow suitable for skiing usually lasts 4 months. In winter, the average thickness of snow is over 60 cm. Hargitafürdő is famous for its former kaolin quarry, as well as its mineral water springs and the mofetta used for a long time. All these can be found in the heart of the huge pine forests of the Csicsói Hargita Mountain. The mofettas and steaming wells of Hargitafürdő, as well as the uprush of ferrous and magnesium-containing, strongly carbonic springs so frequent on the edge of the Carpathian range testify a powerful volcanic post-operation. The tourist life of the village is important, because it offers many opportunities for resting, leisure and healing. The visitors aiming at healing of their diseases can benefit from the miraculous effects of the mofettas in summer, while, in winter, it offers excellent opportunities for relaxing to the amateurs of winter sports.

Borvizek Ape minerale Acidulous waters (mineral waters) Borvizek (ásványvizek): Szív és érrendszeri megbetegedésekre, illetve krónikus gyulladásokra javallottak. Forrásaink: Csipike, Vallató, Piricske, Szemvíz, Lobogó. A Vallató ill. Lobogó forrás egyben feredő (fürdőmedence) is. A Vallató nevének eredetét a hőmérséklete magyarázza meg, amely télennyáron 6-7 C. Ape minerale: Sunt recomandate pentru boli cardiovasculare şi inflamaţii cronice. Izvoarele de apă minerală: Csipike, Vallató, Piricske, Szemvíz, Lobogó. Izvoarele Vallató ( Interogatorul ) şi Lobogó ( Forfota ) sunt şi băi. Etimologia numelui izvorului Vallató e explicată prin temperatura sa, care este constant intre 6-7 C atât iarna cât şi vara. Mofetta Mofetele Mofettas gázömléses mofetta javasolt idült A ízületi gyulladás, magas vérnyomás, érszűkület, vénás keringési zavarok, keményedéses bőrgyulladás (sclerodermatitis), porckorongbántalom (discopathia), ideggyökkompressziók, csigolyabántalom (spondylosis) stb. esetén. A mofetta csak nyáron működik (május 1-jétől november 1-jéig, az időjárás függvényében). Mofetele cu emanaţii de gaze sunt recomandate în caz de artroze cronice, hipertensiune, vasoconstricţie, probleme cardiovasculare, sclerodermatită, discopatie, compresii radiculare, spondiloză, etc. Mofeta funcţionează numai în timp de vară (între 1 mai şi 1 noiembrie, în funcţie de timp). Holy messes are held at 5/6 h p.m. (winter/summer) and on Sunday at 9.30 a.m. (www.taborhegy.ro). Ispotályos kolostorerőd romjai a Bélhavas (Csicsói Hargita) tetején: Bélavára néven emlegetik. Itt, a Hargita-hegység Bélhavas nevű csúcsa egyik szikláján a néphit szerint létezett egy ősi vár, ahova állítólag a hunok menekültek. A 14. század elején az ispotályosok (gyógyító rend) pálos remeteként éltek és dolgoztak itt. Azért Bélavára, mert a tatárjárás után IV. Béla király építtette újra a kolostorerődöt. Ruinele mănăstirii-cetate al ordinului călugărilor Ispotályos ( spitalieri ) pe vârful Muntelui Bélhavas (Harghita Ciceu), menţionat şi cu numele Bélavára ( Cetatea lui Béla ). Aici, pe o stânca a crestei Bélhavas din Munţii Harghita, conform tradiţiei populare, a existat o cetate strămoşească, unde s-au refugiat hunii în sec. V. La începutul secolului XIV, ordinului călugărilor Ispotályos (ordin vindecător), au trăit şi au lucrat aici, sihaştrii paulini. Clădirea s-a numit Bélavára ( Cetatea lui Béla ), deoarece regele Béla IV. a reconstruit mănăstireacetate după navalirea tătarilor (mongolilor) din 1241. The ruins of the Ispotályos ( Hospital or Healing ) Order s monastery fortress on the peak of Bélhavas (Csicsói Hargita). The fortress is mentioned as Bélavára. Here, on a rock of the peak called Bélhavas of the Hargita Mountains, there was an ancient fortress, where the Huns took refuge, according to popular belief and traditions. At the beginning of the 14th century, the Ispotályos ( Hospital or Healing ) Order, lived and worked here as the order of the Hermits of St. Paul. It is called Bélavára (fortress of Béla) because the monastery fortress was rebuilt by the Hungarian King Béla IV after the Mongol invasion and destruction of Hungary in 1241-42. A leveléből főzött tea epe- és hólyagbetegségek orvossága, vesetisztító. Védelmet nyújt a legtöbb daganatos megbetegedéssel szemben. Levele cukorbajra jó, akár nyersen is. Gyümölcse közkedvelt lekvár. Afine: E leacul cunoscut de mult timp al diareei şi paradontozei. Ceaiul preparat din frunze de afine vindecă afecţiunile bilei şi ale vezicii, curăţă rinichii. Oferă protecţie împotriva celor mai multe îmbolnaviri cu tumori. Frunzele de afine sunt bune împotriva diabetului zaharat, chiar şi consumate în forma crudă. Biatlon pálya: 2008-ban épült, modern, aszfaltozott, 780 m-es sífutó és sílövő pálya, amelyen télen és nyáron számos európai szintű sífutó és sílövő versenyt rendeznek. Télen, nyáron folyamatosan edzeni lehet a biatlon pályán. Terenul de biatlon: Un teren de schi fond şi biatlon modern, asfaltat, construit în 2008, pe care sunt organizate numeroase concursuri europene de schi fond şi biatlon. Antrenamente se pot face în continuu, şi vara şi iarna pe terenul de biatlon. A korcsolyapálya kanadai méretű. Patinoarul a fost construit, în primul rând ca teren de fotbal, în 1956 de întreprinderea minieră de atunci, cu ajutorul ( munca patriotică ) a localnicilor care lucrau acolo. A fost renovat de consiliul local din Csíkszereda (Miercurea Ciuc) în anul 2006. A fost modernizat în 2010, transformat în teren de fotbal cu gazon artificial în timpul verii şi patinoar în timpul iernii. Patinoarul are o dimensiune canadiană. Sípályáink Pârtii de schi Our ski tracks Sípályáink: Csipike sípálya: Mihelyt hó van, indulhat a kicsi pálya! Hóágyúval ellátott, 316 m hosszú, 47 m szintkülönbséggel, zöld (könnyű) pálya. Esti sízés is van. Sízési idő: 09 17 és 19 21 óra között. Kossuth sípálya: 3 ága van: 500 m fekete (nehéz), 640 m piros (közepes), 720 m kék (könnyű). 120 m a szintkülönbség. Csákányos tányéros fölvonóval működik. Miklós pálya: 450 m nehéz pálya, amely versenyre alkalmas. Pârtii de schi: Prtia Csipike: Îndată ce apare zăpada, pârtia mică porneşte! E o pârtie verde (uşoară) lungă de 316 m, cu o diferenţă de nivel de 47 m, echipată cu tun de zăpadă, cu posibilitatea schierii şi seara. Orar de funcţionare: între orele 09-17 şi 19-21. Pârtia Kossuth: are 3 braţe: primul lung de 500 m negru (greu), al doilea de 640 m roşu (mediu), şi al treilea de 720 m albastru (uşor). Diferenţa de nivel este de 120 m. Borvíz Nap Ziua Borvizului Mineral Water Festival Minden évben Szent István napjaiban Borvíz napi ünnepség van. Főként ilyenkor, de máskor is igazi házias, székelyes ízek fogyaszthatóak: Puliszkás ételek, töltött káposzta, házi pityókás kenyér, pityóka tokány (gulyás), kürtőskalács (parázson sütve a természetben), véres-májas hurka (kolbásszal megtoldva).
